In November 2019 I called and ordered a tree to be placed as a memorial to my parents. Since I do not live in Columbus, I sent friends to the nursery to pick out the tree, and once they had done that, I was told the tree would be planted "later in the week." I have since called at least five times - I am writing this in March 2020 - and at first they always said it would be planted later that week, that it's a little job they can do easily, etc. In later calls I've gotten the information that it's on somebody's desk for scheduling and no, I can't talk to that person. The minister of the church that is getting the tree has called and was told they would call him back - nothing. I have never dealt with anyone that was less interested in serving me. Was my order not big enough to warrant their attention? If so, I wish they had told me that up front and that I was not now, 5 months later, looking to find someone else.

I asked for a quote for lawn care and sprinklers. A week later, I got a quote for just the sprinklers. I emailed back asking for the rest of the quote. Heard nothing back. We called a few days later and were reassured we would get a call back. Week later, nothing. So I call again... once again we were promised a call, never got one. So I called AGAIN and was told I would get a call, but I'm not falling for it again. I'm disappointed because I heard good things and seen good work from them, but if this is any indication of how communication is going to go, I'm not interested. The staff is nice and I'm sure their work is good, but this company needs improvement in other areas.

Web contact number to wrong g location. Gave number to scheduling personal. I called number, spoke to second representative, thar person unable to make lawn care appointments. Offer to call me back for the one person who could make an appointment. Pass, will use a more responsive business

Please visit To-Mars or Bloomers for better inventory, pricing and most of all customer service. This place is a joke

Huge variety of toe ticklers (blanketing plants that spread like wild fire). Very friendly and even helped me save some money by directing me to a more appropriate sized bag of fertilizer then the monster I had brought to the register. It is that kind of honest management that I look for in a local shop and I will be returning :)

They are always helpful and knowledgeable. My plants, or whatever, are carefully and cheerfully loaded for me. They did not have what I wanted this trip but took time to give me information. I did not spend a penny but left knowing that I would return for my gardening needs. And ... Love the cats!!

Purchased 3 cubic yards of river rock. They delivered river rock mixed with small crushed stone. So 1/3 of the load was not what I paid for and the owner did nothing about resolving the complaint. I won't be shopping at the business. Thanks Michael

Pricy, but usually has what I'm looking for and I haven't been able to find better as a non-local. Service is always friendly and helpful.

If they work like they drive, their work is garbage. Driver of box truck with a tail ramp crossed over 3 lanes and almost hit the car in front of him and if I had not practiced defensive driving he would have hit me with the ramp . He then proceeded to run a red light in front of Country's in Main Street Village. Went a block up the road and blocked one travel lane while half way i. The turn lane to turn. When I honked as I passed the driver flipped me off. Need to speak to your employees and get them some driving lessons before your paying out a lawsuit. This guy could have killed someone with the way he was driving and his actions speak loudly about your company.

I just wanted to send a huge shout out to Renee and Cheryl for helping me a bunch with my Peace Lily. I spoke with Cheryl who assisted with my call and she was very friendly and nice. Renee went above and beyond and brought my baby back to life. She's a sweet and knowledgeable person on plants. She gives great suggestions and a pleasure to talk with. If yall visit this amazing nursery, be sure to ask for Renee. Thank you seasonal concepts for doing right by my peace lily.

Great service

Installed my sprinkler system promptly and when I had a problem with the system, he showed in the next day to resolve the issue. As he was installing the system, he kept me in the loop of what was going on, the timeframe to complete the work, and offered other recommendations with any obligations. I highly recommend.

Kyle is a very nice guy. Very knowledgeable Fair with pricing. And show up on time.
