Mr. Morris is always willing to go above and beyond regardless of how large or small the job. He is professional and flexible which is greatly appreciated for working people.

Did a great job! Took the time to explain what was happening and why he was doing it. Followed through to make sure all possible obstructions were cleared even after the main clog causing the problems had been removed. Would recommend to friends.

I had a major plumbing situation at my house. I was not at home when my toilet backed up and continued running. i returned home to find about a foot of water on the second level of my home. I immediately called Plumbing Management. David came out and quickly found the issue with my toilet and resolved. I.m having to replace lots of sheet rock and floor beams i my home, but it could have been a lot worse had it not been for David. This company comes highly recommended by me.

Highly recommend Rick. I had somewhat of an Emergent situation and he came out within a few hours of my call. After troubleshooting, he was able to repair the clog and even suggested several possible solutions to help with any future situations. Great price as well!

Ricky came out within two days on a non-emergent call. Explained my problems and provided quotes within a few minutes of being at my place. We determined what the bigger needs we're and what could be put off. He came back with parts and everything was installed correctly an hour and a half after he had first shown up. Pricing was extremely fair.

Mr.Rick and his team came to my house and assessed my house. They were able to tell me what points were fine and what point in my house is not sound. They spoke to my other team that is also helping me and told them things that are in need of repair and need to be replaced. They did an excellent job. Thanks guys. You got a thumbs up by me. Mr.Morris repaired a water main leak outside. However did not provide an invoice as required by the county. We contacted the county and advised that an invoice is required. We contacted Mr.Morris multiple times for the invoice and he mentioned it was sent. However that is not true. We tried to settle through PayPal and as he didn’t provide the invoice required by the county the payment was nulled. He later called my wife and was extremely disrespectful mentioning he doesn’t talk to women. We have asked for him to provide the invoice as required for the payment to be rendered. He is unwilling and extremely disrespectful.

Troy was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the issues causing my extremely high water bill. He worked hard to get me the best value and complete the service in a timely manner. I will be using them again!

Had to replace our hot water heater on Christmas Eve. David S. Was our technician, he was very courteous and professional. Couldn’t ask for a finer young man to do great work on Christmas Eve. Very pleased!

I’ve used royal flush several times before. They have upfront pricing, quick dispatch and emergency service. I started using them at my home, but had a good experience for a business property so I think I like royal flush experience in general.

Awful customer experience and customer service. After spending thousands I was left high and dry. No call no show, work done wasn’t completed or correct, no support over the weekend. Refused to do a refund or transfer me to a manager that could help me. Refused to provide any timeframe for a follow up or appt. Do not hire, if you do and have an issue they will not help you and will just say “we’re just really busy” and give no actual time that they can help. Laughable. Excited to head to an office on Monday to discuss with management because Kyle, Eli, and Heather were zero help and I’ve lost money and PTO dealing with this joke of a company. Literally left me on hold for probably close to two hours total after already taking my money.

I had a hole in my old cast iron sewer line in my crawl space. Called and got a next day appointment. Mike S came out, showed up right on time, and replaced the old pipes and fixed my issue by the end of the day. Could not be happier with the service and the company. 10/10 recommend!

James was awesome! Very professional and explained everything that was happening from start to finish. He identified the problem right away and stayed late to complete repair, then stayed even later to clean up (down to washing dirt off driveway). Got service same day and invoice was exactly as the estimate. Highly recommend.

David did an excellent job on replacing my old water heater. I called Royal Flush in the morning, he came that afternoon. He worked into the evening until the job was done. This is about the fourth time using this company.

Saw water leaking from my water heater and knew it was time for a new one. Did tons of research into getting it replaced. After much searching at the big box stores, I decided to give Royal Flush a call. Troy came out the next day(as requested). He arrived right on time and was able to get a replacement of better quality from the supplier than I could get retail. He picked up and installed it the same day. Even used real copper piping (not the flex hoses that never last). Well pleased with the service provided and will use them again should the need arise. Thanks Troy.

David S and Isiah did an awesome job resolving my issues with an unknown leak into my neighbors bathroom. The experience started great with the initial call and continued when an experienced crew showed up with confidence and respectful of my home and needs and found and fixed the issue. 15/10!!! Just had THE BEST EXPERIENCE with a service company that I’ve ever had!!! Royal Flush was beyond communicative, helpful and informative!!! All their employees were so kind from their secretary, Elisa, to the service man and his younger assistant! (I didn’t catch the man’s name, but he was a big man with a full gray beard and he was teaching a younger assistant.)

I was having an issue with my water heater keeping my water hot. I replaced a piece and assumed everything was correct. Royal Flush came out just to make sure everything was good and working correctly! The man arrived during our scheduled time, he was very kind and very informative! He answered all my questions and taught me more about my system and how it works! It told me what signs to look for and what these signs will mean (aka- any leaks means your water heater is rotting out and needs to be replaced!) Before he left, he wrote me a quote for a future replacement when I need it and they left me with a $50 gift card to cover any future costs with their company! I didn’t pay anything for this quick consultation! Their compassion has given me peace of mind and that means the world to me! I will happily choose them next time I actually need services!

Before I even received services, Elisa the receptionists was so kind over the phone when scheduling me! Another woman called 30 minutes before the service man came to make sure I was still available!

I do not typically leave reviews. I called Royal flush on Saturday at 10:30am and a plumber was in my home by 2pm. I commend them on the fast service, however the employee was not knowledgeable. He was kind but not knowledgeable and seemed unprepared. As the homeowner we are trusting the experts to walk us through the issue. I should not be guiding the plumber on how to troubleshoot the issue. Again, he was kind but there was a clear lack of experience. I ended up paying $195 for a hole to be cut in my ceiling and the issue is not resolved. I appreciate the fast service but the quality was subpar. I would not recommend or use them in the future. I am unsure if the weekend made a difference in my service or not.
