I’ve used Royal Flush for the past 2 years and they’ve always provided great service, easy to get on the phone, and are available within a moments notice 7 days a weeks, which helps with my busy schedule.

I recently had a great experience with David S. where he diagnosed and fixed an issue we were having and did a comprehensive maintenance check on our property for no additional charge or upsell. The team has also come out to diagnose issues in the past and recommended not doing work or charging for it. Their team is the best!

Our house needed a lot of plumbing work. The pipes under the slab had rusted out so they had to run pipes through our attic. Omar and Isiah worked very hard on a scorching hot day in my attic running new pipes. They never complained and got it done quickly.

They ran a new supply line from the street and installed a shutoff valve and pressure regulator. They also took out our old bathtub and installed a shower and new valve and drain, which work perfectly. Omar also fixed my kitchen drain and added a vent to my washer drain pipe.

They warned us when the water would be turned off and made sure to not inconvenience us as much as possible. I couldn’t be happier about the work they accomplished in just a few days. I was afraid it would be a difficult process but they made it go smoothly.

The owner, Beau, even came by to check on the progress. He was friendly and made sure everything was going well. I was impressed by that! I’ll gladly recommend Royal Flush to anyone looking for plumbing work. Thanks!

This company is great! From calling in and scheduling my appointment over the phone to the guys that came out to do the repair, all were very helpful and nice to deal with! Overall good experience and will call again next time!

David S was amazing and knowledgeable. He came out inspected our basement and found the root cause of the problem we were having with the condensation line, he fixed it in a timely manner. I recommend him again and his great customer service.

Had a leak under a jacuzzi tub, Royal sent David S. out and he worked diligently on the fix. It was very difficult, but David didn’t complain once. Was always cordial and professional. Highly recommend David!!!!

It been about 2 months since I first called Royal Flush and it's been about 1 month since Ian at Royal flush finished the job. Ian and his assistants did an amazing job. It first started with not being able to flush the toilet and then turned into needing a whole new plumbing system. Ian and his assistant fixed all errors made by the previous contractors and more! P.s. and it didn't take 9 months for Ian to fix it either! I am pleased with his service and Royal Flush Plumbing. I am happy to report that we have had no problems regarding anything plumbing related since Ian finished the job! 10/10 I will definitely call them again if needed and I'll also refer as many people as I can to Royal flush plumbing! Abdullah was awesome! He fixed our issue quickly and went above and beyond in answering my questions. Also, everyone I spoke with (I believe their names were Stephanie and Kristin) were very polite and quick to respond. Great customer service and will absolutely be using them again in the future!!

Troy from RF was terrific. When we bought our house, we were told that the gas fireplace was never hooked up to the line. Despite the fact that the connection was behind the sheetrock, Troy was able to use his experience to figure out where the connection was and get the gas flowing. He then ran out to get a part for the fireplace to make sure we could light our first fire. Highly recommended.

Harrold McClendon took care of my water heater today and did such an amazing job! I’ve never dealt with a company that ran this smooth! Soon as my water heater broke down, I called this company and they came out right away and handled business! Thank you so much! I’ll be sending my friends and family to you!

We had a water leak appear over the weekend and called Royal Flush. They had an actual person answer the phone who was extremely kind and helpful. She scheduled their technician David out and he arrived within a couple of hours. David was very friendly and knowledgeable, diagnosed our problem and got to work. He communicated with us every step of the way and got us taken care of in a few hours. I can’t tell you how much we appreciate everyone we worked with and will definitely be using them in the future. Royal Flush Plumbing has always been phenomenal! They are professional, efficient and have the best customer service. My technician today, David, gave me several options but took the time to really explain the pros and cons of each. I will continue to use Royal Flush for all of my plumbing needs commercial and residential!

Wife heard running water around washing machine. I looked in crawl space and had water coming from floor. I turned off water at street and called Royal Flush around 7PM. JACOB DANCER came to our rescue and quickly found the problem in the wall behind the washer. It was a fitting which broke apart on the hot water line. The cold water had same type of fitting and he replaced it for us also at a discount rate since he was fixing the one which cracked open. JACOB DANCER was great. If we need service again we will call them again..

Troy was knowledgeable and professional l; fix my leak in under 30 minutes

We had had two plumbers (different companies) come by to look into why our tub was leaking into our downstairs office causing our ceiling to leak water. They could not figure it out. I called Royal Flush late Monday afternoon, and a plumber (Stevie) came that same evening around 9:45pm. Stayed until close to midnight. Was able to figure out why it was leaking, and also addressed another minor leak in another bathroom. He came back the next morning to finish the job and WOW, is all I can say. The sense of urgency, the professionalism, the experience. We ended up telling him about 3 other minor plumbing issues, one being our outdoor water hose faucet and why it wasn’t working anymore. He found that the pipe had burst and was shooting water everywhere inside the frame of the house. (Not so minor after all). He is still here fixing all these things, I had to sit down and write a review because the last plumbers who came by couldn’t figure out the issues or fix them. I am so impressed with the professionalism and service of this company. They were super communicative with when he would arrive both days. 10/10 service. Highly recommend. I will never call another plumber EVER. Now I can use my beautiful tub again!! THANK YOU STEVIE!!

Garren was great he helped me figure out what was going on at my parent’s house when they got a huge unexpected water bill. He is the best!
