James is super smart, quick, and professional. Diagnosed and repaired the first sink, and then addressed another issue and installed broken stoppers in our sink (when every other company I've called has said we could find them ourselves and refused to help), and even took a quick look at our hot water heater to let us know what model it was. I love that they wore masks and booties unprompted. Also dispatchers are super pleasant and efficient. Best service in Atlanta.

The staff at MCary is great - super helpful to set up appointment quickly, and the techs are very skilled, friendly, and get the job done fast and right! It’s always a good experience for us.

They may be the best plumbers in the world, but they need to get someone with customer service skills and who knows at least a little about plumbing answering the phone. I called to get an estimate for pipe replacement and was told there’d be a $60 dispatch fee but they’d deduct this from the cost of replacing the pipes today. SMH Extremely rude.

I had my toilet replaced by James with M. Cary & Daughters Plumbing.

On Tuesday, James came by to take a look at my leaky toilet and he recommended that I replace my worn out 25 year old toilet with a new toilet.

I purchased a new toilet, had it delivered, and James returned on Friday for the installation.

James was very informative, communicating with me about things I needed to know: problems with my sub-floor, internal workings in the tank, potential problems (and fixes) with the mechanisms, and how to operate the new shutoff valve.

I've been a loyal customer with M. Cary for a decade because they've always been professional, helpful, and fun to work with.

Set up an appointment (yes, they charge $60 for time and expert analysis), arrived on time, called 20 minutes ahead, identified the issue, ordered the part and returned a couple days later and made the repair, all with efficiency and professionalism. James Holmes explained everything in detail, answered questions, was a pleasure to work with and have in our home. Ask for him should you need plumbing help.

The day started badly with a stopped up toilet (first in 20 years), got worse when the problem was diagnosed as a failed sewage ejector pump, but ended up GREAT with the service I received from M Cary & Daughters. They were able to dispatch quickly (essential when the only toilet in the house is not working) and Charlie arrived to save the day. After testing the toilet he asked if I heard the pump kick on and my stomach dropped. Long story short, Charlie was able to replace the pump and all is now well at the Three Cat Inn.

HIGHLY recommend M. Cary! This was my first experience and I will be a lifelong customer. Giselle in the front office - stellar and patient with a slightly frantic old lady. Charlie? Five Stars! He’s a great plumber and he ‘gets’ having to be attentive with doors when there is a feline supervisor. Communication with the company is effective with text messages and phone calls keeping me apprised of arrival times.

My toilet hasn't flushed well for a while, and I've had other plumbers look at it, but not really solve the issue. Ian came today and spent a long time checking everything out. He went under the house, out in the yard, and tried a few different things before he finally pulled the toilet right up. He found the problem, and fixed the toilet, and now it's flushing great. Ian was easy to talk to, told me everything that was going on, and was really helpful. I think I've finally found my go-to plumber!
