Expensive but fast...the tech was here for not even 10 minutes and I paid over $150 for an extremely easy fix.

Very poor quality and poor customer service experience. They never fix my appliances and keep coming to my house to the point where they totally destroyed my appliances. Now I left without a machine and they are telling me they can’t fix it.

I would recommend this company. Once the part needed to repair my oven was received, the service man came out and took care of the problem in a short time. He was very courteous and efficient.

Repair man slit open a bag of broccoli and placed a piece of glass in the bag, there are three or four cut marks on the bag where he tried to cut it open, he was so stupid he could of just opened the bag and put the sharp piece of glass inside, straight devils don't let this company near your home, they should investigate and fire the devil that did it. We just want people to be aware of the wickedness that is in this world and hopefully you don't invite it into your home unknowingly.👿

Very nice people. Owner was knowledgeable and was able to diagnose my refrigerator quickly. Lady that took my information was very nice and I felt like a person not just a paycheck.

They are horrible when it comes to making appointments. The girl that makes the appointment can never tell u anything and doesn’t record notes very well . She wrote my phone # down wrong which made me miss an appointment and she didn’t seem to be sorry about it . Who wait until the day of to set schedule and doesn’t start til after 10am … very unprofessional 😡😡🙄
