They were able to send a tech out same day to diagnose my system not working properly. Austin was able to pinpoint the problem quickly. It was determined that the failed part was covered under a manufacturer's warranty. My system was installed by another heating and air company, so I was quite impressed that Cary Moody took the time to research and process the warranty, saving me a LOT of money. 100% recommend

Update: The 38 yo HVAC that was serviced last Nov has died… it’s done it’s good life.😎

June 2025 a total brand new unit -Trane was installed. $8200 was steep for me but it comes with the times. Caleb and Logan did a great job! It took them the whole day. Caleb even took a video to show me my new unit. Although I don’t have a clue, everything was so neat. Brandon did a final check, all is well.

Friday, Sept 5, Brandon came by for a complimentary maintenance. So nice!

Monday, Sept 8 Austin, Brandon and Ayden are back for completion of replacing the thermostats from battery to hard wire. I’m old, I don’t want to be bothered with that! They are so accommodating and complied, even changed my filters and left me extras!
So happy to do business with Cary Moody Air. Topnotch business with topnotch technicians!!! Thank you Austin, Brandon, Caleb, Logan and the new intern Ayden.

Cary Moody Heating & Air is the way to go on your heating and cooling needs. My house was built in 2020. My builder was suppose to turn in paperwork for a 5 year warranty but never did it (not shocked). When I had issues with my system this company picked up the builders short comings and honored the warranty. They went above and beyond for me. Thank you so much!!!

Great, reliable company! My system is older & the company I had install it early 2000's was telling me I needed a new system. Cary Moody heating is top notch. They got our old system running quickly. Definitely recommend them. Our technician, Brandon was a nice guy and our dogs liked him too. 2025 update had to have a new thermostat installed. All prior commitments still apply!

Austin got here on time! We talked about what was going on and then showed him where everything’s was. He came back about 10or 15 minutes later and told me exactly what the problem was and already had it fixed.

Austin is a very kind, informative, customer service, kind of technician. So he has all the technical skills, but he also has the customer service skills as well, which makes it a great experience

We also talked about dogs, and gardens, so it was a pleasurable experience.
