Cannot say much for the business but they cannot drive safe-constantly cutting people off switching lanes then slamming on the brakes. It's a very good thing that I was very focused otherwise if I didn't hit my brakes they would have clipped my front bumper. I had to have an inspection of my HVAC for the sale of the house. I called around to several companies and they were by far the cheapest for this inspection. The technician went up in the attic to look at the heater unit and outside at the condenser unit and checked all systems very professionally I watched him do the whole thing would highly recommend.

They were on TIME and ready to go and do what they came for. They were very professional and was very speedy about there business. I can't believe I've never posted a Google Review for Keith and his employees! I highly recommend Dobbs Heating & Air. Keith came out to our house 3 times to help us understand our needs and ease our concerns about every aspect of our entire system upgrade to include ducting!!! (see picture below...that's what came out!) Since we had this done, it's been a year now, our home more comfortable and QUIETER and our monthly energy bills are lower...actually lower than we expected. **5 year update, still 100% satisfied with Dobbs Heating and Air!! We have our system serviced twice a year and they always send us a text when their service techs are on the way with a photo of the individual who's going to arrive. It's always either Cody or Brad, who are the nicest people who are knowledgeable and friendly. The only issue we've ever had was initially caused by us unplugging our pump. The system runs smoothly and even our antique piano NEVER needs tuning because we have the right system for our sized house that keeps everything consistent. **

Witt did an excellent job. Was very professional and informative. He gave me advice and options for how to handle the issue with my unit without being pushy or aggravating! He took time to answer all my questions and was very patient. I definitely recommend them!
