Out of all the air conditioning companies I called today looking for r 22 because I don’t wanna deal with The one I found, This was the only person that answered the phone Without trying to pressure me into things that I could not do at this time and was sympathetic, and when I’m ready to put in a whole new system next year, they will be the first person I call

Highly recommend this company, we are VERY pleased with the quality of their work. They are very Courteous, professional, and experienced . They installed a new system in our home and it runs perfectly! Thank you to Ellie, Tim, and of course the installers...(I'm sorry, I've Been dealing with a lot of contractors lately,so I did not get their names,I apologize)..but, they did an awesome and amazing job!

Cannot recommend Potate's enough! Everyone we spoke to was extremely professional and courteous. They were able to send someone out the same day that our A/C stopped working to get us up and running until a repair could be made. Matt was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional each time we saw him to examine the issue, and to make the repairs. He also took the time to answer any questions we had and made sure we felt satisfied with our service. Would absolutely recommend them and use their service in the future.

I called them for an appointment to have a technician come out to look at my thermostat, since the heat won’t come on. I explained that it’s a thermostat wiring issue and not a unit problem. I was told they’ll let me know when a technician is on the way. A technician never showed up and I never received a call on 11/22. I guess I’ll use another more reliable and professional company next time.

I called them on March 5 over a week later they came out to diagnose my problem. Came out again over a week later with a broken used part. Said they would order another one over a week later I called them back no part. Couple of days later I called again. They said they found the new part on Their porch of the business, not normally where they would put packages. Came out again, same problem, used broken part I guess they expected me to wait around for me to go somewhere else where they could charge me the $80 service fee without doing anything. Don’t use this company. They have gone way downhill over the years. Later I remembered a while back they fixed my washer, and my part was under warranty, and they tried to charge me And I kindly asked them not to because my part was under uwarranty And they didn’t. Now I realize why they Didn’t assist me with this repair. They were upset because they didn’t get paid that one time because my part was under warranty, but they could’ve just told me and I would’ve went somewhere else. I will never use them again. I will be writing reviews in all of the appliance repair websites so that people will not use them. They purposely made me wait from March 5 to March 19 knowing they were not gonna fix my appliance. Also, I have spent thousands of dollars with them in the last 20 or 25 years. What a great way to treat a returning customer.

My advice is that you write down the date, reason, and outcome of every repair visit. There might be many. Also, write the name of the repairmen and have him sign. Keep documentation!

Today, we had Tyler and Adrian at our home to replace our entire AC unit and furnace, and if I could give them 12 stars, I absolutely would. These two are some of the most professional, respectful, and organized technicians I have encountered in a long time. In an industry where true customer service is becoming rare, this company clearly makes it a top priority.

Tyler and Adrian completed a full system replacement in a single day, walked us through everything thoroughly, and left us extremely satisfied with both the service and the equipment installed. We’ve been using this company for five years and have never had a single issue.

When you hear “full AC system replacement,” you typically expect a stressful experience — but today was the complete opposite. These two deserve significant recognition for their outstanding work ethic, courtesy, and professionalism. We will continue using this company for years to come.

I needed a new air filter for my AC unit and couldn’t find the dimensions I needed at any local Home Depot, Lowe’s or Ace Hardware. I called this business to inquire if they had the specific air filter size I needed in stock and they did, so I got in my car and drove all the way from Peachtree City to Douglasville. It was so worth the 40 minute drive because the customer service from the moment I entered the building through the time I left was superb. Scott was amazing and so were the other gentlemen. Thanks guys. I will definitely return to this store for my future HVAC needs.
