The Gentleman that came out was very nice and respectful, he found the problem quick and we had air in no time. However the receptionist or whomever picks up there phone was very rude and acted as if i was being such an inconvenience to the company, very huffy puffy when she called me at 11:45am in the middle of the work week and wanted to know if anyone was home so they could come that minute. When i explained that i cant leave work at the drop of the hat she became very frustrated, i called her back and told her i can be there at 3pm that afternoon, again she addressed me with unneeded attitude. The man didn't get to my home till 5:15pm. Im thankful im salary based and didn't lose those hours at work, when i would've arrived home right at 5pm if i would've never left. So i give 5 star to the HVAC man for his professionalism and finding and fixing the problem asap, and 1 star for the unnecessary rudeness of the office staff

installed replacement A/C - heating combo. Very professional company represented by Miss Ellie. I was provided an accurate quote , financing and a fast install time and clean service. They kept their word every step of the way. Thank you

My Samsung Refrigerator stopped making ice cubes and the water had stopped working, redirecting the water to the bottom of the refrigerator where it froze. They came out when I asked them to, assessed the problem, ordered the part and within a few days were back to replace the bad part. Very professional young man and he even replaced the water filter I had bought but couldn't replace it. My refrigerator is working beautifully now!! Great company! Very happy with their repair and service.

my home warranty company sent multiple companies to fix my oven over the course of six months. None of them were able to fix it. I called Potate's Appliance and they were there the same day and after ordering the part had it fixed within a week. Amazing company!

This company really has the customer in mind, they called me to set an appointment and even fitted me in today, and the service guy, Chris was great and very knowledgeable and terrific personality . Now it's cool in here!!!!

Have used Potate's Douglasville Appliance service for appliance repair and heating and air maintenance and repair. We have always gotten great honest service. Tim and his family are the best. I know that I will get honest repair and service work and fair, reasonable pricing. We have used them for 10 plus years.

The entire process was seemless and stress free. They were able to get out the next day and provide an estimate for my issue. Tim was outstanding at letting me know what the issue was and resolving it quickly

It's possible that Potates Appliance might be good at what they do, however I was given a window bywn 8am n 12 noon. Called around 11:30 to confirm and was told, "looks like you're the only one we forgot to call to inform we will be late." Then she laughed, as if I would join her."

I asked if they were still coming. The phone Receptionist said btwn 1 & 2pm. I called at 2:20 and still they had no idea what time they would arrive.

I canceled the service bcuz they are unreliable, unprofessional and get a zero for communication. This company takes their customers for granted and holds no value for their customer's time.

This company has a poor/the worst customer service I have ever experienced, respectfully!!!!
I would not recommend this company regardless of the positve ratings from their obvious friends and relatives.

I read them and what I received was not vaguely close to any of that. Sadly after a full day of patience and time waisted. They never showed.

My ac stopped working. I called and they were able to get a technician out and the issue solved in the same day. I also received a follow up call the next day

I have used Potate's for years now. They have fixed my ac, my washer and replaced my hot water heater. I started using them because my boss has always used them for his business, his home and his rental properties. They are always very fast, always same day and usually within a few hours. They are always very friendly and very knowledgeable. I always refer them to friends and family. Honest, reasonable, reliable..they get the job done. Great company!

After looking at other companies's reviews I decided to go with this company partly because they work on weekends. The customer service was great , and called me when the repair man was on the way. After ordering the parts I needed for my refrigerator I thought my price will be high much to my surprise the price was very reasonable. Keep in mind that due to Covid parts might take a little longer to come. I will recommend this company to anyone . Happy to say I will use them again.

I appreciate the hard work this company provided, their price was fair and competitive. I would recommend this company for you A/C needs. They replaced two new units for me.

Told me they would call when a tech was headed out (couldn’t even offer a time frame as to when the tech would be there) as soon as they called, I left work.. not even 15 minutes later they were calling to tell me they would need to reschedule bc the tech “couldn’t wait”… maybe at least giving a window of time, and this wouldn’t have happened. Missed an afternoon of work just to have to find another service.

Honest and Responsible
I am a property manager and use Potates for both my personal and rental homes. They are always prompt and responsive. Very helpful and willing to explain the problem or offer suggestions. They do free second opinions and are almost always cheaper for the same quality/brand. It is hard to find someone in this business that knows what they are doing. I have called numerous times after hours and always gotten a quick response. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was referred to them from my father-in-law because they did great work for him! I called them and they came the next day and fixed my issue with my leak/condensation problem on my A/C.They called when they were on the way and arrived soon after. They were super knowledgeable and very kind. I will definitely use them them for all of my future issues!

After 20 years it was time to replace the A/C system in my house. I decided to go with Potate’s because they came highly recommended from some friends. I was very happy with the price quoted based on the options I wanted. They showed up on time and were very professional during the install. I even received a call the next day to make sure everything was working correctly and that I was happy with the service. I would strongly recommend Potate’s to anyone who asked! Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Always fast and honest. We've used them for years. Recently moved to a county they are service regularly and found out our High Tech, State of the Art Refrigerator has a class action Law suit. They provided us with the number to call. After several hours of negotiating, it appears our Fridge will be repaired. Oh, did I mention? No charge for the visit. These people are awesome.

They came out the next day & gave us a very reasonable price to fix our washer! It's not done yet but part has been ordered & I'm confident that the job will be finished on time! Highly recommend!!

Overall amazing customer service from each of the ladies I talked to on the phone prior to my installation. Daniel came out and was very professional and respectful. I could tell he knew his job and he did a great job. I hope a manager sees this because he is truly a great part of their team. If I have any needs in the future I will use Potate's Douglasville Appliance again and recommend to my family and friends.

Last week during our coldest time of this winter, my heat had stopped working and I contacted Potates service and within 24 hours the team had my heat working! I can not express my gratitude for their prompt service, professionalism, kindness and concern from everyone in the office, Ms. Eli and Ms. Brandi to there guys that came out. Their kindness and attention to detail went beyond anything that I could have expected. We need more people and business like this in our community. Forever indebted to them. Can't say enough. Truly a blessing sent from God.....you have no idea!.
