I’ve been a customer for of Dobbs for at least 9 years and they have been absolutely wonderful! Customer service has been excellent, the techs have been wonderful, the installation of our unit has been excellent! I highly recommend this company!

Cody came out to our home to perform maintenance, and he was amazing! He answered our questions, communicated his steps, and even asked questions to help him understand our needs better! I just can’t say enough about him! Thank you, Cody.

Dobbs was discovered totally by accident with me running into a tech beside where I work. I was in desperate need of a new furnace . Super nice guy gave me a card and said to call and set up a quote. Out of three quotes they were half of the highest for a very comparable product. One was $200 less but the guy from that company told me nothing about his product . Alex was my sales pro and was more than thorough and having been a a tech and installer he knew his product very well. I decided to get my furnace from him . Set up the install date and they kept me notified of dates and arrival times . They arrived when they said and were in and out with an above and beyond professional installation in four hours . I highly recommend and couldn’t possibly be happier . When it comes time to get the AC I know I will contact them .

I like the fact that they call and remind you of the services that are needed. This is a huge plus. I’m given updates and explanations throughout the visit. Overall trustworthy and knowledgeable.

Possibly the best customer service I have ever experienced. From the minute I first called them, I felt confident that I was in good hands. The owner and his wife are involved, dedicated, and extremely knowledgeable about their trade and the unique install needs in the community where I live. Stellar communication and professional workers, from the office, to the owner who personally came out to assess the job, to the person who set up my portable loaner, to the phenomenal install team who moved in for the day and moved out without a trace of ever being here...other than a brand new system and house that is nice and cool as we head into summer. One of the team members was so proud of the work he did that he took photos and commented that his wiring was some of the best he has ever done. How can I not be completely satisfied with this experience?

Great experience! Everyone was extremely nice, very responsive and worked hard to solve my AC problem. I left a message and Tracey called back immediately. She went out of her way to help and was very reassuring and kind. She was able to send a technician the same day. Johnathan arrived right on time. He was very polite, explained everything and was very knowledgeable and thorough. I greatly appreciated the excellent service! Would definitely recommend!

This was my first time using this company and overall I was pleased. They were pleasant to deal with over the phone and sent me text updates before the tech arrived. Brad (the tech) was great! Although he couldn’t really do anything cuz our a/c system is tied into our generator which is most likely where the problem is at. However, he did an overall check and pointed out a few things that could be addressed after the initial issue is solved. I look forward to their services in the future.

Brandon met 2 of the above ( 30 mins late) but not a problem. His personality and efficiency once here made up for it. Although late in the day ( after 6 PM ) he didn't rush !
He explained everything he was doing and answered all questions.

Great communication and got the job done. Unfortunately for us we had to wait several days due to the warehouse being out of our part and us running into the weekend. But once in, the were very attentive.

My second scheduled annual maintenance took place today. My same technician from my from my first visit arrived ahead of schedule. I received a reminder email the night before, and a text message with the technicians photo and name when he was on his way for my service. Cody is always patient with my barking dog and always professional and courteous. He spent a good deal of time servicing and reviewing both heating systems and kept me informed of the review. He also did an inspection of my duct system as I had inquired about their cleaning services, made a recommendation, and talked through the pricing. At the end of my maintenance service, he gave me a full report, some recommendations, and what the next steps were needed. I am extremely pleased with the level of customer service and care Dobbs HVAC provides.

I would highly recommend Dobbs. They are honest, fairly priced and knowledgeable.
They have serviced my home and my elderly mothers home for 6 plus years.
In addition to their professional service , they are good human beings. My mother recently passed and they had delivered to my home the most beautiful bouquet of flowers
What company do you know today, that takes the time and has compassion to do this.
It so touched my grieving heart and I so appreciated their caring to do so. Yes, I would recommend them.

Technician was running several hours outside of scheduled appointment window. However, I was notified in advanced and given the option to keep the appointment or reschedule. I kept the appointment and the office kept me updated on the eta. The tech was friendly and personable. Will definitely utilize their services in the future.

Review from 2020:
On a Saturday, I was sitting outside on my back deck and noticed my Unit sounded funny. I went to inspect and found the fan not spinning. Turned off the unit and started it up to see if it fixed itself, unfortunately not. Looked up a heating and air in Douglasville, saw Dobbs and called them first. My only call. They picked up and sent a tech out to get me fixed up!

From the beginning, Teresa's customer service was amazing! We talked for a month plus about a way to get air flowing for my family and I again, and she did not give up until we found an option that worked! Her husband, Keith, was very thorough in his inspection, and letting me exactly what needed to be done! I appreciate him, as well! Keith let me know that the job could take anywhere from 6 hours, to all day... Christian and his partner got my AC unit, coil, and furnace ready to go in 5 hours! And I was greeted with a smile anytime we shared communication during Christian's time here! I would definitely recommend this as a team to work with in the future if your heating and/or air needs repair!!

Had our entire system replaced at a great price. They were in and out in less than a day. An error popped up on the thermostat right after they left, but they turned right around and were back in a few minutes to adjust a setting that made everything perfect. Their financing dept. helped make the purchase very affordable. We've been in Douglas County for 30+ years and I'm glad we were able to find a local company to work with. They did a great job!

Last year we had our air conditioning unit replaced by Dobbs and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. From start to finish, the experience was flawless. The receptionist, Angel, is a joy to work with—always friendly and helpful. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant during each follow up visit. The entire process was seamless, and our new unit is working perfectly. Highly recommend them for their top-notch service and exceptional team!

I’ve had consistently great experience working with Dobbs (shoutout to Mason!). Their office does a great job communicating about work being done at my house, and Mason has done a great job taking care of my system and explaining everything I want to know.

We've been Dobbs Heating and Air customers for nearly 4 years. They are the only HVAC company we trust and depend on for our service needs. They are responsive, the technicians are knowledgeable, skilled and always exhibit exceptional professionalism. The prices have been fair and responsible. We unfortunately recently had a part to fail on a the brand new system we had installed a little over 2 years ago. This was not a reflection on Dobbs, but the product manufacturer. Dobbs sent Cody out the next business day to diagnose the problem and order the necessary parts. He returned the following day to complete the repair. They were clearly very busy and had several calls they were addressing. But they still ensured that our issue was resolved, which included Cody unfortunately having to work past his normal shift and outside of regular business hours. He did so without any hesitation and with a great attitude, dedication and commitment to completing the repair. Our heat went out on one of the coldest days of the year and the company was undoubtedly extremely busy. But despite all of that, they still went above and beyond to render truly exceptional customer service!
