I bought this unit from Douglasville Heating and Air two years ago ,when I turned the air on for the first time of the season it did not cool off hot air, I called for service it has a ten year warranty, first there was a leak then it wasn't, it needed fridgerant which is not covered under warranty had to pay 800 dollars.

I have used this company several times. Their technicians are extremely knowledgeable and get the job done promptly and professionally. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Mike came out and diagnosed our 30 year old AC with a non repairable leak. So he quoted a new unit and we had it installed last week. The guys did a great job all the way around. Amazing how much more efficient our new AC is. Wouldn’t use anyone else!

Great job on fixing my a/c unit issue and reasonable price and way cheaper than big cooling and heating companies. As a bonus he also checked on my other unit and also blocked the leaks in furnace unit. Suggested other improvements for better airflow , they are a gem in customer service, my hats off to Patrick.

You were so quick to come to the rescue, and you sent an angel named Jacob. He was so kind, and worked with much integrity. He explained everything so we would understand. All of your personnel is so nice. Just keep up the good work. I love you guys!

We have been using Douglasville Heating and Air for about 8 years for yearly maintenance. They have always been very helpful, even sending someone out on a July Sunday afternoon!! In February, we finally had to replace our 22 yr old unit. The cost was reasonable and what we expected. The guys were very professional. I always recommend Ken and his guys for any ac work.

The service was excellent. Technician arrived on time and answered all my questions. Left the house clean and was available for follow up repairs/installation. I have used them for many years and have been very satisfied. Would highly recommend the company.

Douglasville Heating and Air installed our basement HVAC unit and they were incredible. The guys did such a great job with the installation and were helpful with any questions we had. I were very satisfied with their job and will recommend them to everyone

After having some flex duct collapse, we contacted Douglasville Heating and Air. Makenzie came out and gave us a price. Steve and the other guys spent four days at our house replacing all of our flex duct with hard pipe. It was the best thing we ever did. They did a super job and the temperature in our home is so comfortable now. We highly recommend Douglasville Heating and Air. They will do you proud!

These folks did a good job. I chose them because the gentleman I spoke with on the phone during my first call to them was honest about what I needed and made more sense than the other companies I called. Also the pricing was better than the rest. My tech that showed up and was courteous and thorough about the work. I am more than happy with their service and follow up after the work. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone. Good Job guys!

Not only does the appointment time that the office personnel set seem to mean nothing, but when you call for details on the delay and to understand why there's been ZERO attempt at communication to the customer. You get every excuse possible and no sign of remorse. Followed by all of the childish attitude you could ever imagine.
If that's not enough. You have the office personnel taking the names of customers outside of the professional boundaries of the business and injected with lies in an attempt to defame the customers character.
It's an issue that should never be allowed and should not be ignored!

I had them come out and inspect an HVAC system on a property I purchased. Good communication and updates with regards to the technician's arrival, etc. Reasonable prices. No issues!
