I had to wait 5 days for my appt. This company No Showed 2x on appt times that were selected by them. He chose a Sat at 2pm-3pm and no showed I reached out and he rebooked me for the following Tuesday at 4-5pm. They never called or texted to say I’m running late or not coming. I reached out after the scheduled time slot had passed and then got a text saying they are slammed with calls. Seriously? You made this appointment based off of your availability and not mines and still didn’t keep it. Absolutely horrible thing to experience now pushing into week 2 of no AC and it’s 95 outside. Just pathetic.
