We had such a great experience with Anchor Heating & Air for a regular service after a construction project. Our technician took the time to thoroughly explain everything to us, including answering questions about additional services and the history of our home’s system. Much appreciated!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Anchor Heating and Air, and I can't say enough good things about them. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, I was met with friendly and helpful service. The technician Danny who came to my home was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly assess and address all of my heating and air conditioning needs. Not only did they improve the airflow of my system with a few simple steps, but they also took the time to educate me on proper maintenance and care for my system. The level of professionalism and genuine care for customer satisfaction was truly impressive. I highly recommend Anchor Heating and Air to anyone in need of reliable and friendly HVAC service. They have definitely earned a customer for life!" Special shout out to Danny for being extra thorough.

Wife and I recently moved houses and we started a new maintenance contract with Anchor. I was happy to see Tim at the door this morning. He worked the contract at my old house and he delivered the quality work I’ve come to expect from Anchor. He answered all my questions and got the system cleaned and tuned up for the season. Thanks Tim. Thanks Anchor.

    Old review:
I have had only great experiences with Anchor since they installed my system about 4 years ago. Everyone from the office staff to the field techs is friendly, competent, and happy to help. Based on my experience with them to date they are my top recommendation for an HVAC provider.

I couldn't have had a better experience with a new heating and air unit install than with Anchor Heating and Air. I had several companies give me quotes on our install which was a big project but after meeting with Anchor it seemed like they were the most knowledgeable and able to meet my time frame... and I was right.

They provided us details of what their equipment and install would include and the quote was on target - no surprise costs. They also provided expert recommendations on various options at different price points instead of just pushing the most expensive equipment. They even went over the pros and cons of each of the options so that I could make an informed decision on my project.

They also offered some cost saving ideas.

Their excellent customer service and communication throughout was what really led me to select Anchor as the vendor to do the job. They met all the deadlines and communicated throughout the process and even followed up to make sure everything was satisfactory afterwards. The programmed our units and showed us how to easily program the thermostats so that we didn't have to continuously change them.

Their pricing was competitive but the service and the workmanship were my main priority and they were top notch.

After the install we had a service agreement that helped us maintain our equipment but anytime we have had even a minor issue they were quick to respond and quick to address the problem.

We have had units installed at various properties using some other companies in the past but after working with Anchor they are my go to for any future HVAC work or service.

I would highly recommend them if you're looking for a company that stands by their work, provides quality service, fair pricing and provides a customer service level that you'll appreciate.

Needed a new ac/heat pump. The salesman was very nice and knowledgeable. He gave us various options and helped with the process. Turn around was fast. The install team was awesome. They were friendly and professional. Got me back cooling quickly.
    As always anchor exceeded expectations.

Honestly, I saw all the great reviews and I was very disappointed with the outcome . Once I got everything installed the heat still wasn’t working throughout my house . I called and called and no one showed up for weeks. When someone finally did arrive the gentleman said I needed a piece added to get heat to my house . He said “ don’t worry you have it under warranty , I’ll order it and all you have to do is order another service to get it installed. What he didn’t tell me is that it will cost another 700 dollars on top of the $7,000 I already paid them to heat my house. Honestly all that money they should have gotten it right the first time. So disappointed and truly disgusted with customer service .

Anchor Heating and Air came out the same day we called them. Our unit stopped working in the middle of the night. We called a few other company's before Anchor and they could not even come out to look at it until Monday. It’s January, and freezing, especially at night. Anchor came out, accessed the problem, and ordered the part we needed. They came back out the following Tuesday and had it fixed within an hour. They were in constant communication, very professional, very nice company to work with. I would absolutely recommend them.

I just wanted to emphasize the hard work that this company provides for customers like me.
I am very please with our High efficiency unit we purchased. Thanks 1 million for providing outstanding service. Gabriela!

If you have any problem with your furnace, ac or heat pump, call these people!

They were able to fix problems that no one else could catch. They even found an issue with my Trane units that were installed in 2016 where it turned out the original company had it wired wrong and pressurized too high.

I can be pretty critical on companies that are shoddy or don't really care about the quality of their services, and I have tried the other companies which was always expensive and .... well, basically useless.

Anchor is good - really good. The crews know their stuff and can fix darn near anything. Don't waste your money on any other company like I had done in the past.

Go with Anchor - you won't be disappointed.

On Saturday, January 21 my air conditioning unit stopped working. I have a maintenance program with Anchor heating and air where I have been paying over $600 per year for over several years. After 5 min of arrival, the technician who came out (a Caucasian male) explained that the pipe froze and ran a 5ft 3 vinyl tube from the unit to the bathroom along the floor as a temporary fix until someone else can repair it. He was here approximately 20 min maximum. He charged me $480 although the warranty indicates only $109 service fee. I asked him if I had to pay the full amount now and pay the repair costed when they came out to fix it. He said yes and indicated the $480 was his fee. This cost included a 10% discount as per technician report. I explained to him that it was excessive for not fixing the problem. He used condescending, discriminatory comments towards me and stormed out indicating that he does not like working with "you people". I reported him to the company. Anchor stilled charged me the $109 and sent another technician to put my unit back to its original state and not fix it. I asked the new technician why he did not fix the problem, he explained he was told to not to. I am so confused, appalled, violated, discriminated, anger, etc. I have spent soo much money with this company on the maintenance program for them to try to take advantage of a vulnerable women in the winter when I only wanted to keep my children warm. The price of the tubing is less than $10. I asked Anchor why were they charging me soo much. They indicated that the 5ft vinyl tube was $373. I had to hire another company to come out too look at what Anchor was charging and their work. They indicated that it was completely price gauging/inflation and poor work performance. Now, I am out of money and my unit is still not working. Their was no accountability nor resolution with Anchor. Anchor Heating & Air is not trustworthy and poor qualiy work. I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied

I have worked with Anchor Heating & Air Co, on construction projects, starting in 2015. I hired them to replace my whole home HVAC system and perform my bi-annual maintenance. They are always great to deal with. Very professional, very knowledgeable, and always willing to go above and beyond for their clients and customers. Highly recommended!

On Saturday, July 19th around 11 a.m., we realized our HVAC system was no longer cooling and the blower fan wasn’t turning on. We immediately shut the system off and submitted an online form requesting service for Monday — opting not to pay extra for emergency weekend repairs. Thank goodness we didn't.
On Sunday, we spent $600 on two window units — one to keep our bedroom livable, the other to protect temperature-sensitive items in our home — given the extreme heat.
First thing Monday morning (July 21st), I called to follow up. The woman I spoke with was very kind and already had a technician scheduled. The tech arrived around 10 a.m. and quickly diagnosed the issue: a failed furnace control board. Thankfully, the part was still under warranty. However, we were told our labor warranty had expired and that labor would cost $350/hour with a one-hour minimum — even if the repair only took 30 minutes but that maybe we could get half off if it all worked out. We were relieved the part itself was covered. We verbally confirmed the labor rate and asked for the part to be ordered ASAP.
By Tuesday (July 22nd), we still hadn’t heard back. I called to check on the warranty status and confirm the part was being overnighted and would be arriving that day. That’s when I was told nothing had been ordered because we hadn’t approved a labor quote sent via email — an email we were never told to expect. On top of that, the labor rate had increased to $391. This approval process was never mentioned during the service visit.
Even though the price had changed, we approved the quote immediately, expecting the part to arrive the next day.
By Friday the 25th — still no part, and once again, we had to call for an update. We were told it “should arrive today,” but it didn’t. No one followed up. At this point, we were on day 7 without air conditioning, during a heat advisory.
On Monday the 28th, we followed up again. Same response: “Tracking says it should arrive by end of day.” Still no part. Still no communication. Something began to feel off.
On Tuesday, July 29th (day 11 without AC), we asked for a tracking number so we could check for ourselves. I’ve shipped items worldwide for over a decade, and I know how to track things down. That’s when they admitted they had never received a tracking number, and were simply passing along what the supplier told them.
Only on day 11 were we finally offered a loaner window unit — far too late, since we had already bought our own.
Then on Thursday (day 13), after we again demanded the tracking info, we finally got a call — but not from Anchor. A third-party company, Corbin Comfort Systems on caller ID contacted us to confirm we’d be home for the install. We returned the call, and Anchor answered. Two techs came that day and installed the board in under 30 minutes. I would like to say, the service techs for this company are always top notch. Danny is amazing!
After nearly two weeks without AC in 90–100° heat — repeatedly having to initiate contact ourselves, being misled about shipping, and left in the dark — we were still charged $391 for labor and shared that we were displeased with the service tech. Later that day after my husband had a phone conversation with a customer service rep, we received a text saying they had issued a partial refund of $215.
I completely understand delays and shipping hiccups. What’s unacceptable is the lack of communication, shifting prices, and false assurances. We were patient and cooperative throughout — but felt strung along, dismissed, and ultimately unsatisfied the experience.

Totally super satisfied with everything on our new A/C install, from the original visit from the technician, who diagnosed the problem, to the sales rep, and the installers who replaced our 25 year old unit. We could not be more pleased. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We have used this service for many years. The service people are always very professional and helpful with any questions we have. Isaac was very nice and serviced our air conditioner and heater. I would recommend Anchor to anyone desiring good service.

Completely overcharged just to diagnose HVAC units. Inflated labor hours at a sky high hourly rate. And they even charged for drive time at that same rate. Found another company to do the same job for half the price. When I expressed that I was not happy, the service manager did not seem to have much if any concern that they were losing a repeat customer. Not someone i would recommend doing business with.
