Our AC had been out for like a month we called HVAC by Steve. They came out and fixed it within an hour. Excellent service.

No call, no show after scheduling an appt a week in advance as our upstairs AC unit went out. I was told I wasn’t even on the schedule! So after no resolution & no AC in the middle of June I was quite frustrated. I was told I would receive a call back but was then ghosted with no hope & no option to even leave a VM! Not good…
