Reading all the lovely reviews makes me question the authenticity of them. My experience was the total opposite- it was great until it wasn’t. I very seldom leave negative reviews, but my experience was so egregious that I could not leave it unsaid. I went for months with no heating system, during the brutal freezing temperatures. Unfortunately, Elite Services, more specifically Chasty or Amanda (smoke & mirrors) dropped the ball on several occasions. I cannot speak to the actual job done on my furnace by this company because we could not get past the lack of honest communication, commitment and follow through. Long story short, I was told the incorrect part was ordered, then I was told the part came in and appointment was made, then after a “no show”, I was told that the part belonged to someone else and my appointment was again moved out for another week- here is the kicker, I was informed by Chasty that she would be calling me back in 5 mins. HA! It’s now been (12) long days and I’ve still not received that call back; however, I did receive a call from Steve on 1/7/26 stating he was in route; funny because this was the first contact I received since speaking with Chasty on 12/30 - the call in which I was told she’d be calling back in 5 mins. Elite, you MUST do better!!! Needless to say, I moved on and used a company who stood by their word and services.

If you’re going to take accountability for dropping the ball and not providing effective and timely follow-up, just apologize without dodging the part you played and leave it at that. My frustration was not that my unit was not serviced, or that you received the incorrect part, or that my home warranty company may or may have not presented additional challenges, my disbelief and disappointment was that you did not follow-up timely or accordingly. Chasty, you advised me that you would be following up on a couple of occassions and that just did not happen. If you are sincerely apologetic, don’t deflect. I would have so much appreciated just a simple, “we dropped the ball”, without pointing the finger elsewhere.

I had a great experience with this HVAC company. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from start to finish. They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and the pricing was very reasonable with no surprises. It’s hard to find service like this these days. I highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work!

Steve and his team came to the house the day he said he would come. The team was very friendly and respectful. They started immediately taking out the old furnace for replacement of the new one. The team worked non-stop. For their goal was to have it installed and running by the end of the day.
The rubbish was all pick up and taken with them. The new installation was done in a very professional manner. I highly recommend Elite HVAC. You won't go wrong with this company.

Michael Simmons did a great job checking out Nelle Mason’s heating system. He explained everything very clearly and was very professional. He found that the capacitor was reading out a low score, so he replaced it in order to get as long of a life as we can for the AC/Heating unit. Michael did a great job!

Our heat stopped working on Thanksgiving morning. Jesse arrived within an hour of our request for service. He was able to get our heat going in a timely and professional manner. Thank you Jesse and Assure Comfort

I had to have my Kitchen faucet replaced Nathanael Winstlett came out last week for a plumbing walk thru, he was very knowledgeable of his job, took excellent time to explain everything I needed to have done. The main thing I desperately needed right now was the kitchen faucet panel mine had leaked so bad under my sink until the cabinet bottom is damaged. Nathanael told me exactly what to buy which made it so easy for me to go to Home Depot and tell them what I was looking for. He returned today to install it for me, on time , very friendly and polite young man , he even took the time to show me how it works. He also took time to tell me some ways I could fix the damage in my cabinet. The over and above service was really appreciated.

The service technician was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to access any problems and offer recommendations that were fairly priced. Thank you Mike for your friendly and polite service! He inspected all our major plumbing and gave us a quote for a bathroom vanity and toilet remodel. Mike was pleasant and patient to answer our questions.Thank you!

The installers were on time, professional, courteous and friendly. They cleaned up and did an excellent job. Update. They did not reconnect my furnace to ensure that I had heat. Called to schedule an appointment November 1. They set a time between 12 and 3. It is now 4:40 pm and no tech in sight. If you want timeliness, you may want to rethink using Assured Comfort Heating. My entire day has been spent waiting for a tech to show up. This is very poor customer service. I would have preferred scheduling an appt when the tech could be on site at least within the scheduled time frame.

Thoroughly satisfied with the service, promptness, professionalism & cordiality of our technician. Nicholas Jamison is an excellent representative for your company. He explained maintenance contracts & financial options. We will likely contact you again when we need an HVAC repair &/or replacement ! 👍

Update: Michael Simmons Jr recently performed routine maintenance and a full inspection on my HVAC system, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He was extremely courteous from start to finish, taking the time to explain what he was doing and making sure all my questions were answered. His attention to detail was clear, he didn’t rush, and he made sure everything was running smoothly before wrapping up. Highly recommend.

Kyle was fantastic; professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our faulty zone damper and had us back up and running in no time. As soon as the part became available, he returned promptly to complete the repair. The service provided was both fast and dependable.

Installation of new Rheem water heater, expansion tank overflow pan and reconstruction of entire plumbing network. Work was performed with care and professionalism in tight quarters and challenging set up. David Bystrika did clean solid work which can be serviced easily with and future maintenance.
