From the first call I made to the end of the repair, everything went smoothly. They are professional and was on time. This repair was for a commercial property but I will not hesitate contacting them for the residential property as well.

Excellent job!. Thanks to Steve from Elite HVAC who responded quickly on my request and identified the real problem of a fan motor malfunctioning and replaced it next day with quite a reasonable charge of $525.20. Whereas my regular maintenance company examined it wrongly and told me to replace the compressor for $3000 or else to replace the entire AC and heating system for more than $7000. I am extremely thankful to Steve and Elite HVAC for thier professional work done. Will definitely recommend everyone looking for a such great services and for less charges too.

Chasty answered my initial service call with warmth, care and professionalism. I felt as if she too was experiencing my lack of cooling in my home. I felt heard and was met with a sense of urgency to get my AC unit back up and running (within 30 hours)!! How amazing is that??? The service technician (Steve) greeted me with just as much professionalism as the front end. He didn't take my health or hardwood flooring for granted. He entered my home in a mask and inquired if he needed shoe coverings. While for me with my AC being out, none of that mattered but I was greatly impressed and appreciative they he cared to move as he did in these areas. He serviced my unit in record time. He explained the issue and provided suggestions so that I can avoid the issue from happening again. These are the types of attributes that will have me to refer this company and file their number as my trusted HVAC care company!! I want to thank them for helping me get my home cooled. I had two thermostats updated to smart thermostats and Kaliph did an excellent job. He was experienced and professional and quickly switched out and made sure both units worked after the service. He also checked the filters(which was not part of the requested service for free). I was very pleased (scheduling was also easy and the appt. was within 2 days) and will use them in the future as well as highly recommend for any hvac needs.

Called with a broken freezer. Customer service was great. Friendly and caring. Got an apt for early the next day but Steven showed up later that afternoon because he got an opening in his schedule. Wonderful to think they knew, understood and cared about the circumstances enough to come early to repair it. And on top of that, he was honest about the issue and how he fixed it. No parts were required! Awesome experience and highly recommend.
