This is the 2nd summer Dailey Comfort Heating & Air has saved me. My unit decided to break on the hottest day of the year and the team was able to squeeze me in two days earlier than scheduled.
What I figured out in our brief appointments that makes this company 5 STAR is that Devin loves his profession as a licensed contractor and takes pride in educating you on preventative options that help extend the life of your unit as well as telling you what to expect with all the new regulatory changes that are happening in the industry. They are responsive, professional, skilled with decades of experience, great communicators, efficient and transparent with all services provided (ex: before and after pictures of his work and price lists online).

Fast to respond. Devin is knowledgeable, efficient, courteous. I am very satisfied with the results. I will be using them again. I’m going to get their maintenance program.

This was one of the most unprofessional service experiences I’ve ever had. They scheduled multiple appointments and no-showed every time. I left work more than once to be available, and each time no one arrived and there was no real attempt to make it right.

When I addressed it, I was told things that simply weren’t true and the blame was shifted onto me—despite the fact that I have receipts of every conversation and confirmation. Communication was primarily through text (with Devin), which they preferred, until they blocked my number and ignored my messages entirely.

It got so bad that even the warranty company stepped in, requested the parts be returned, and reassigned the job to another HVAC company. Zero empathy, zero accountability, and a complete lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this company.

The entire team at Anchor does a great job, from the office personnel who take my call and schedules service to the technicians that come out to do the work. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and timely. Anchor does a great job.

I’ve had anchor service my home for several years now and I’m always pleased at their promptness and efficiency. Tim just came by to check my unit and make sure all is ready to go for the upcoming season and was quick, knowledgeable, and helpful. Couldn’t recommend these guys more!

We’ve enjoyed working with Anchor Heating and Air this year. When our unit went out they were able to give us a fair quote and install a new unit within a week. Cam recently serviced our unit for the first time and he was professional and easy to work with. Cam called me 30 minutes before arriving and arrived within the time slot I was originally told.

Anchor has been our parents go to for decades; and my wife and I knew y'all were the only ones for the job.
