I called RC Landscapes after going through an 8 month ordeal with another contractor who tore up my home and yard and left me with the damages. Charles came out promptly after I contacted him and did a thorough inspection of my property. He outlined what I needed to get done and sent a bid shortly thereafter. The price was fair for all the work I needed done. He then let me know he could start at the beginning of June and all the work would take about a week and a half. On the first day of the job, he and his partner showed up early and got to work. They worked consistently until the end of the day every day and showed up the next morning before I could even get out of bed to move my car out of their way.
These guys are professional, respectful, punctual and do great work. My home looks completely different. They put an end to one of the most challenging times in my life and got my property back to working order.

RC came out and did a super job. They were very easy to work with. They understood what I was looking to accomplish. I would absolutely use them for my next project.

RC Landscapes went above and beyond for my family. They helped us navigate the post tree removal process seamlessly. A timely free quote, with easy communication made it a no brained to move forward. The morning of, Charles and crew came to clean the tree debris and lay sod, however, they found roots left by the tree removal company. They were patient as I attempted to communicate the findings to the tree removal company. During that time, they got to work, manually removing the roots and literally problem solving. I’m glad the tree removal company came out and worked on those roots, while Charles and crew pointed out problem areas. They installed the sod and Reese provided instructions on how to maintain it going forward. Overall, we’re appreciative of this hardworking, honest and super talented crew. I highly recommend them based on my experience.

Backyard was having erosion issues. RC Landscaping team provided solutions and a design plan that turned out more amazing than what I expected. Erosion issue is fixed and backyard has beautiful earthly stairs to natural stones. Charles and Reese were very responsive and kept me posted on every part of the project. Highly recommend RC Landscaping.

Charles and Reece exceeded my expectations! I had a drainage issue and a steep unusable backyard. Charles and Reece not only fixed my drain issue but they also built a retaining wall, built the ground up, and made my backyard and side yard a beautiful oasis. First class group of guys. Honest transparent and did a great job for a good price. We have a steep slope that was causing serious erosion issues. RC came out and dug out 3 tree stumps roots and all and installed a beautiful retaining wall to help us maximize our space. Will use them again!

They did a great job with a backyard cleanup project that was long overdue. After the quote, I was added to the schedule the next day. Job was completed in a little over a day. Great result and fair pricing. I will definitely use the company for future landscape projects!

I had a very bad erosion problem in my backyard. RC Landscapes provided a fair quote to fix the problem. I was given 2 choices of materials and chose a concrete retaining wall to solve the problem. The end result is beautiful! RC Landscapes and crew worked hard and delivered a product that is useful and beautiful to look at. I will use this company again to pour fresh concrete on my walkway leading to the front door. I highly recommend RC Landscapes to help you with your landscaping needs.

I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by RC Landscaping LLC. I hired them to re-sod my lawn, expecting fresh, healthy grass, but instead received multiple pieces of dead sod that were beyond saving. Despite being assured by Charles that the grass would "green up" over time, weeks passed, and the sod remained completely dead.

When I requested replacements, Charles promised to come out and take care of the dead pieces of grass they laid but ended just lying multiple times, leaving me with a polka dotted of dead grass on my lawn. The quality of the work does not match the high prices they charge, and their communication throughout this process was extremely poor. I would not recommend RC Landscaping LLC to anyone looking for reliable and quality landscaping services

Thank you RC Landscaping, once I had a tree a now I don’t. Very dependable team started and finished on time. Removed all the tree roots as promised. Thank you, no more fall leaves to be cleaning ever again. In the front of the house ! Thank you!

We had a drainage issue in our backyard. The water from our gutters would just pour onto our sidewalk leading down to our basement. With two golden retrievers this issue needed to be corrected. I had roughly 6 companies come out and we are so glad we chose RC Landscaping. Reece and Charles could not have been more professional and accommodating. I wanted a firepit built into this area and they came up with a beautiful design and answered all our questions. They started work one day and then it rained in the Acworth/7 Hills area for roughly two to three weeks. During this time, I had to communicate with Charles often and from start to finish I do not think I ever received his voice mail. He picked up the call every time and was extremely quick to respond with text questions I would send. We are so happy with the quality of the work and the professionalism of RC Landscapes. I have already and will continue to recommend this company to anyone that needs landscape work done. We had such a good experience that we have signed up for bi-weekly lawn care. Scope of work included – retaining wall install, several French drains, placing river rocks down our fence line, laying pavers and accents, and firepit. Could not be more happy with how the work turned out.

UPDATE:
Within mere hours of posting this review, I received a belligerent and aggressive text, actually chastising me for daring to post a bad review and not texting them to remind them of what they were supposed to do. (Never mind I'd waited 3 weeks to hear back from them, but it was ME that did the wrong thing . . sure). Whoever it was also accused me of making up stories with the purpose of giving them a bad name, and further sarcastically said they'd take care of the nails that were badly done "of the thousands of nails used on the job", clearly implying that I was just being picky and difficult. I still don't know who I was talking to, but after exchanging a couple of texts (in which whoever it was never apologized for being so condescending and rude, and continued to make it sound like I did something wrong), I received another on the same number but of a completely different tone, apologizing for the lack of professionalism and offering to come out and fix things. Clearly another person. I agreed but said only if the person who first contacted me stayed away--I do not ever want that person on my property.
The last person did come out, on his own, and took care of the problem areas. He put in a drop bolt for the double gate, too, so it doesn't swing when one half is open. But because it was never anchored to begin with, after only a month that side is canting inward. I also noticed that half the bottom hinge is not fully attached. This is something my husband can easily take care of, but it should have been done properly to begin with.
So while I appreciate the employee, who I originally started this whole job with, for coming out to take care of the work, I still can't change my review. The original work was done shoddily, the crew left trash (their own, not our old demolished gate), and then to be attacked like that by someone else in the company was completely unacceptable. I sincerely hope they can improve their work ethic as a company in the future.

I am not pleased with the work or lack of professionalism displayed. I never knew exactly who I was communicating with, I would receive emails and texts, and I thought they were two different people. Later it seemed it was the same person. In the end, I had made a request via email that they had agreed to. Later, in a text, he (whoever that was) suggested something else. I never replied but liked the message just to show I received it. After the work was done, they claimed that the text message was our agreement, and I had to show them the email to prove something else had been discussed. That's when I found out it really was two different people I'd been talking to, and one of them I'd only met once.
Beyond that, the work was very shoddy. I gave them a chance to fix it. I emailed, sent pics and video, and they came back out. They looked around, then said they'd contact me to arrange for someone to come out and fix the problems. Never happened. I reached out again--radio silence. Now I think I've been scammed. (EDIT: Apparently they didn't see their emails, or so the person who first berated me claimed. They then said "a simple text would have been proper". Right back at ya.)
What's wrong:
--Nails shoddily hammered in, some not even all the way, which is a hazard
--Top wood pieces are bowed and/or not flush with the fence
--Many rough edges that also create a hazard for our family and pets.
--Tags left on most pieces, it’s very tacky and unpleasant
--There's also a double gate, with absolutely nothing anchoring one side of it, so when we open it both doors catch. That should have been a standard thing to install, I just assumed (silly me) it was part of it.
One of the things they hadn't done before leaving was clean up the dirt. It was all over our patio and walkway. So when they came back out to take are of the debris (that was the debated item), I had to ask them to do that.
All in all, I would not recommend this company at all.

I recently hired RC Landscapes for sod installation, a retaining wall, and grading, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The work is absolutely beautiful everything looks clean, professional, and well done. The crew has great attitudes, were easy to work with, and take pride in what they do. I’m so glad I chose this company and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality landscaping work. Big thank you to Charles and Reece lovely young men to work with.

Extremely happy with our experience with Russo's! Reasonably priced and very professional and knowledgeable. Russo's redid all of the flower beds in our front yard. It was a great experience the entire way through. Anthony was super helpful with guiding us to a design that looks beautiful. Leo (onsite project manager) is absolutely top-notch. He sought and incorporated our opinions/feedback throughout the entire install, and it is clear that Leo is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in this role, and that he places the utmost importance on ensuring the quality of his team's work. He made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire day. We very much appreciated that Russo's made sure we were entirely satisfied with the outcome of the project even after the install was complete and the project paid for. Russo's cares about the quality of their work and it shows! We've already got more projects lined up with Russo's and can't wait to work with them again!

I can't say enough great things about my experience. From the quoiting process with Anthony, my communication with Brittany in the office, and the fantastic work of the crew 5 stars are not enough. My backyard had completely eroded over 10 years, and Russo provided grading, drainage, cutting of a few trees, new sod, mulch and pine straw. The crew showed up at 8am sharp on my scheduled date and between 7 or 8 people knocked out everything in one day. My yard looks fantastic and we are excited about finally being able to use it again!
