the tech never came to my home. he was here when I came home. he went down the street, turned around. looked at me and pulled off. 30 min. later, he closed out the ticket.

The repairman was very polite and professional; even though he was UNABLE TO REPAIR my washer because the parts are NO LONGER AVAILABLE. He did the best he could without the parts necessary to make repairs. It’s a shame that the Manufacturer does not make/stock parts anymore for their equipment.

He looked over my HVAC system discovered what was wrong, fixed the problem. He was able to explain the issue to me. He made sure that my system was cooling before he left.

Germaine the technician was rude and aggressive from the time he came to the door. He refused to do his job effectively and was demanding to go other places in my house that he didn’t need to. I told him to leave and I will call someone else. He hesitated as if he wasn’t going to leave until he heard someone on my phone. He then went and sat in my driveway for 15 minutes.

I have the Home Choice Warranty program in which a monthly payment is required. I called for A/C repairs and l’m not seeing it listed on the below schedule as a repair option. I asked my brother to let the repair guy in because l was at work. This was the absolute worst experience ever from Jermaine G. I have ever experienced. The incorrect information was given on the wrong a/c unit. I was under the assumption that with this home warranty service if you have a problem with your house appliances, if they can’t repair it, they replace it. The technician argued with my brother about servicing the a/c and left.

Showed up on time as promised. Easy to do business with. And he met all of my expectations.

The only positive is that the technician Anthony was great.
AI was more confusing than helpful.Too many texts & email which were repetitive.

The scheduling was very easy. Shaquon was the technician that provided service. He was nice and had a good attitude. He knew exactly what needed to be done and I believe my problem has been resolved.

Did not fix problem, said if it did not stay on . , needs compressor Left after a short wait. System stopped and did not rebuke. Tried to call him. Voice mail Could not call him back so he could generate order for new one. Had to call Insurance again

Alex is a great person, I believe you know what he’s doing. I pray the problem is fully fixed, but I won’t know until I use the dishwasher again. Love this guy.
