Carpet still looked dirty,Told me three times they would redo it,never showed up for appointments...Manager said he would give me my money back,never heard from him..Don't waste your,time or money!!

It has been over a year. I got over charged and never received my difference to my bank. I was promised the refund and also call back. I got tired of calling and waiting but yet never received the refund as promised. I remember just like now I was told one piece on the phone, person that shoes up swiped my card for more than $$. I called the office and I was promised to be refunded the amount over charged. As the person the cane agreed that i did not order extra upgrades on the cleaning and we both agreed, he admitted to over charging and promised that my no ey was going to be reversed. Well that never happened.

Asi was very professional. My carpet was damaged due to a really messy bathroom leak.It was told I would need a deep cleaning. I was skeptical at first about how the job would turn out. I gave it a try and it came out great the carpet is clean and the deodorizer kept my carpet smelling fresh.I totally recommend this company ask for Asi

Great experience. I believe Leo was my guy, my appointment was between 4-6pm on August 30th. He did a great job explaining the tiers and was quick and professional. Highly recommend.

I explained to them that both my new and old dryer was maintaining water in the air vent. The technician Van assured me that by cleaning the vent this issue should be resolved. After trying to contact them for 3 weeks experiencing terrible customer service I contacted the technician directly. He was rude, passing aggressive, and pretty much told me my problem is not his problem. Which was a completely different tone before he had my money and bounced.

I’ve called the company several times only to be placed on hold without notice, and promised a call back from a non existing manager. This is a scam they do not care about satisfactory work and they are not the best.
