I scheduled a visit with Duct Doctor after having a new HVAC system installed. The ductwork in my home had not been professionally cleaned in many years. I was having more allergy problems and my home had become increasingly harder to keep clean because of excessive dust and allergens.
Hector, Gio and Turner arrived on time and explained, in detail, the cleaning procedure. Everything looked brand new when they were finished! I am so thrilled to have found this wonderful company with professional, caring employees. I highly recommend them! Thank you, Duct Doctor USA.

They explained process and went about their work quickly. We were concerned because we scheduled a very cold day, but they routed their hoses thru a basement door so the upstairs of house stayed warm with furnaces off.

Duct Doctor came today and cleaned our ducts, as well as our dryer vent. The dryer vent was stopped up. It could have caused a fire. We were so thankful they showed us pictures of the clogged vent. Such a blessing!!! We were having allergy issues, which is why we called them. We are so thankful we did!!! We highly recommend them.

Hector and Sean came into my house to clean my ducts after a kitchen fire. They were very professional and courteous. They immediately got to work and from what I can tell, did a great job. They made sure that everything was put back in place and swept and vacuumed where they had been. Great job guys.

Hector and Gio did an excellent job of cleaning our heating and air conditioning ducts today. They also cleaned our exterior dryer duct. They arrived on time, were polite and informative about how they would do the work. They worked very hard, and finished early. Hector even gave me a suggestion about how any handyman could inexpensively reroute our exterior dryer duct to make it easier for us to clean in the future. I highly recommend Duct Doctor!

Waited a few weeks after completion of duct cleaning, to confirm we are breathing easier at night due to Carey & Allen's excellent work. They were efficient and professional and worked nonstop until completion. Glad we called at our HVAC contractor's recommendation.

Hector, Allen, & Gus came over promptly to inspect our ducts when we thought there was a dead rat in them - turns out there wasn’t a rat in the vent (it’s in the floorboards 😭) but Hector recommended we still get them cleaned out because they were disgusting. They were very kind, respectful, and did a great job! He also offered to disinfect our vents but wasn’t at all pushy about it which we very much appreciated. Our house smells great now with exception to the room with the rat problem. Thanks Duct Doctors!!

Hector & Gustavo were at my home today to clean my HVAC ductwork. They arrived on time, were incredibly courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They left my home in excellent condition. I highly recommend Duct Doctor for your HVAC ductwork cleaning needs.

The woman who answers the phone is rude amd incompetent. She ignored the special instructions that we provided due to this being a remediation issue through insurance. The techs were sent put with zero information and were unable to do the job, wasting my time amd theirs. When I called to speak with the owner she asked why I sent them away! I didn't, they chose to not do the job. The techs seemed to be ok, but can't confirm one way or another. I would not recommend.

We bought a one owner home that was built in 1983. The vents were mostly on the floor and needed cleaning. Cory, Anthony and Allen were very efficient and did a great job. They were very pleasant during the entire process. Sometimes when jobs are yucky you get some attitude, these gentleman were all professionals. We are very pleased.
