Luis and Carlos came out to clean the carpets in the office I work at and they were awesome! They were very professional, moved and put back furniture, cleaned up after themselves and were informative about the whole process. Very thankful and would recommend.

Unfortunately, my experience with the technician was disappointing. While he was kind and polite upon arrival for the service, he rushed through the air duct assessment, was rough with my AC unit, didn’t wear shoe covers in my home, and overall left me uncomfortable moving forward with the cleaning. Out of pressure, I mistakenly paid for a 10% down deposit even though I ultimately declined the service.

I followed up with a respectful email requesting a refund, acknowledging the technician’s kindness but explaining the concerns. After a week and half of being dodged, I was told no refund would be issued since the “inspection” was completed. Suzanne even said she’d try to help me get a partial refund but that didn’t happen.

There are plenty of other companies that provide air duct cleaning, and based on this experience, I recommend choosing another option.

We will definitely be using them again for any other needs that arise as they do a lot of other services as well as clean air ducts !
