They say they can clean your tile floors. Don’t fall for that. I had 3 1/2 bathrooms and 1 tile shower that they tried to clean. The tile or grout did not come clean and they charged me a little over $500.00. I could have done just as good by running a mop over it. Please do not get sucked in like i did.

this is the best carpet I've ever paid for. He worked a miracle on my carpet. Cleaned the ink and pet stains and smells out of the carpet. I HIGHLY recommend this company and please give them a tip because it's well deserved.

I live in Roswell and since they had good reviews I decided to give them a try.

After they said they were done I inspected and he hadn't even moved a chair which had stains underneath. In another room the carpet wad streaked and he said it would dry clear. It dried alright! It dried streaked. The room didn't smell fresh nor did the upholstery. After they were complete it smelled like mop bucket water, not fresh.

I called and reported the streaking issues and sent a photo, so they rescheduled. They were a no show for the appointment after I rearranged my schedule to accommodate them!
I've called back several times and they no longer answer my calls, probably caller is.

I've requested a refund through cash app and I'm now waiting for a response.

Asi, due to equipment issues had to reschedule from our scheduled appointment time 11am-1pm. Fortunately I was able to work from home today. Unfortunately the carpet was still wet when my girlfriend and her daughter came home. When he got here he was very professional and went over the upgraded packages and prices. There was a $100 difference each tier starting with the first to the second and finally the third package. I stayed with the price quoted. He was pretty thorough got pretty much all the spots up and he was fast.

This company should be put out of business and ship back to Mexico. The work was not up to standard. It suppose have been a four room job. Two of the room was okay call them about the service they try to make excuses they will not correct the service. I was charge 170 dollar for them to clean the carpet. My grand daughter can mop floor better than this. I am very upset with Servrus Ron carpet cleaning service is not up to standard. There quality of service is very poor. They don't believe in straight out any problem relate to carpet cleaning.
