As per my HVAC maintenance expert for 20 years said , the duct doctor the BEST in Atlanta. I watched the entire 2-hour process and would agree. Very Impressive.

Very good job! Super professional and very quick in and out. Would highly recommend to anyone. I haven't had it done in 20+ years and they made it look brand new again.

Chris was tech and he was very through in his work and explaining what he was going to do before he sta. Once he was finished again he showed us what he had done and cleaned up everything. Would recommend Chris and use him again.

Alex and Hector were professional and knowledgeable. They vacuumed all vent openings then ran a snake that blows debris back toward entry point. I believe there was significant improvement in the amount of dust & debris in our ducts.

I always hope that service companies I use are as efficient and professional as Duct Doctor. One call, two days later, job well done exactly as described and quoted. Added benefit were two great guys doing the work: Carey (one of the happiest people I have ever met), and Sean (a gentle giant - big heart, with military efficiency). Thank you, guys! Not a happy customer! We expected a lot more having paid the amount of money that we did for both the air duct and dryer duct cleaning. The two technicians who came out were careless and sloppy. Not only did they scratch up our wall, but they also left scuff marks and the edges of the door frames when they pulled their hoses and vacuum cables through. When they cleaned the air vents, they only removed the downstairs ones to clean them but didn't do the same upstairs. They didn't even offer to replace the AC filters - again for the price you pay you'd expect they would at least provide that, many other companies do. So now, we have to go out and purchase paint and paint the areas that they damaged. They were done in 2 hours, making us question whether they did a thorough job. Needless to say, we won't be using them again, so disappointed!!! Of course, we reached out to the company to let them know, but no response (shocker).

I was referred to Duct Doctor by a neighbor so I decided to use them to clean the ducts in my almost 50 year old house. The ducts had never been cleaned before so I figured that it needed to be done - especially since we had just had some renovations done which created a lot of dust in the house. Hector and Alex did a great job! They were very pleasant and did a thorough cleaning on all the ducts. As intensive as it is, they were done in a fairly short time - it only took a few hours. I felt like they did a really good job cleaning - it wasn't just shove a shop vac in the vents like a lot of other places do. I would highly recommend Duct Doctor for any duct cleaning needs.

Duct Doctor of Atlanta (Norcross location) was recommended by Air Control Atlanta. Hector and Anthony came on Dec 4 to service our ducts which had not been cleaned in years b/c another company did a terrible job & damaged our walls. These folks however took their time and were careful, efficient and professional. They also took the time to explain what they were doing. We also discussed whether or not to do the upstairs as well as the downstairs and helped me make an informed decision. Lastly they cleaned EVERY single vent in the house! They are so clean it makes my walls look dirty😆. I can feel the difference in the air and the heating system seems to struggle less. Very pleased with their service!!
