    Absolutely the worst company I have ever worked with. These reviews aren’t horrible for no reason. The owner Eric is very rude and has 0 customer service. Their business is very shady as he diagnoses over the phone and doesn’t really correct the actual issue as he was in and out within 20 minutes for my refrigerator. After confronting him, he called me a liar and told me to get a second opinion which I did and the second company did a fabulous job. Attempting to work with this company ruined my entire day as he threatened me several times. Please save yourself — if your insurance company matches you with this company please ask for any other company available on their list so you don’t waste your time.

    Eric was so professional and responsive to my concerns. Before he came he called and made sure I felt safe during this Covid time which his mask and distance. Even making the appointment was quick and professional. I would highly recommend this company to any and everyone.

    Terrible is an understatement. We have an account with American home shield and it seems that they contract with this company. First, they were over 30 minutes late for their original appointment time. We had to call them and find out whether they were coming or not. They did not inform us that they would be late. When he finally arrived, our cleaning ladies were finishing the last of our weekly cleaning. The service provider told us that he would have to wait outside until they finished because of Covid protocols. He couldn’t be in the house with other people. We told him no problem, it will be no more than five minutes. We hoped our cleaned home would make him feel even safer. Five minutes later I went to the door to tell the contractor he could begin work. He had left!! He did not tell us that he was leaving, I just open the door and he nor his truck were there. When we called to find out what happened to our service provider, the lady on the phone said that he had marked that our home did not align with their Covid protocols. This was completely opposite of what he had said to us. He told us that he was willing to wait five minutes and that the job will be done. The lady on the phone was super rude and actually hung up on my husband. For these reasons, I encourage you to find another appliance company. Spend your money elsewhere.
