Great experience! Cleaned the whole house so well!!

This was my first time using cleaning service. Molly Maids has wide range of options . I have asked for move out cleaning service and they have done excellent service.

Time is incredibly precious to me, and this experience has completely disrupted my day. We scheduled the cleaning for the morning to accommodate another commitment in the afternoon. However, the team showed up late in the afternoon, which not only threw off our entire schedule but also left us unable to make effective use of our time.

The quality of cleaning was shockingly below what we expected from Molly Maid, especially considering the numerous positive Google reviews that influenced our decision to hire them. Our three-floor townhome was not cleaned thoroughly. The entire first floor, including the room and bathroom, was left untouched. My mom ended up having to clean it herself after the cleaners left! To make matters worse, they were only in the house for about 2 to 2.5 hours, which is far from sufficient for the level of cleaning we expected.

This is completely unacceptable. Not only did the team arrive late, but they also left the house in an unacceptable condition. We waited all morning for them, only for them to show up at 2 PM and deliver subpar service. This is absolutely not what we agreed to pay for.

I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this service to anyone who values their time or expects professional, thorough cleaning.

Here’s an update: The management scheduled another cleaning for the areas that were left unclean. The team arrived first thing in the morning and did a thorough job. The management is easy to work with and communicates well. Overall, great service and satisfying.

Thorough and hard working and never disappoint. I also enjoy conversing with them in my broken Spanish. It’s not so good!

I just switched cleaning companies and this was my first appointment with Molly Maids. They arrived within the window they provided. They worked quickly but did an awesome job. They took care of small details like vacuuming a chair. They were friendly and professional and my house looks amazing. I will be keeping them on for my monthly clean. Great job and highly recommend!

Ms. Sandra and Ms. Maria were thorough and did a wonderful job deep cleaning our entire home! I should've taken before photos, but they go areas that were hard to reach and extremely dusty. We have 5 people in our home and with busy schedules, it's hard to stay on top of it. My husband, a retired Marine, usually cleans, but said that this is money we'll spent for deep cleaning. Thank you ladies!

The team arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and put real effort into the cleaning. They were professional, polite, and respectful, leaving my home spotless and tidy. Highly recommend their service.

Edited to add: It's been a week after service, and Molly Maid has called 4 times to solicit business from me. I was happy with the cleaning, but I won't hire again because of the phone harassment unless I'm desperate. It's too bad. Original review: 5 stars. Nice, friendly, good clean. House looks and smells good.

Our experience with this Molly Maid was a great one. The maids arrived in a timely manner and were polite. The items we needed addressed were taken care of such as the refrigerator shelves were wiped down, the table legs and chair legs were polished, and the floor was the cleanest I've ever seen it! The kitchen sink was scrubbed free of build up, and counters and cabinets cleaned. Miscellaneous items were straightened up. The bathroom was spotless. Their cleaning products had a nice clean scent but were not overpowering. The cost was reasonable and expected. We had no issues at all with this company, would definitely use them again, and would highly recommend them to others.

The ladies were professional, but I was quoted a range for 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Due to some timing issues, they couldn't complete the 2nd bedroom. I didn't have the time to do a complete walk-through because I was depending on the successful completion of the work. I did notice that none of the kitchen cabinets were wiped down. The half-bath toilet had water left in it. When I received the bill, it was over the quoted price, and they only did one bedroom and not three baths, but 2.5. disappointed with the quote versus the actual cost. I was then told I would receive a detailed invoice, which was also not true. They increase the price because they could. Then, to be told that we will give you a 20% discount if you become a regular customer. How bold, when you couldn't give me a reason for not giving me what I quoted for. That isn't how you get or keep a customer. Next time, I will pay closer attention to what is being done. I think I was overcharged, but I will know for sure next time I use a service like this.

I’ve had a couple cleaning services over the years but never have I been so impressed as I was with the Molly Maid team! I was so pleasantly surprised when the team finished the master bathroom and saw the amazing transformation. We are relatively tidy folks and I really put in the elbow grease when I clean but it takes so much time which is hard to carve out every week. The team far exceeded my expectations and we love the results so much we’ve already committed to a monthly clean just after the first service!

After reading great reviews we decided to try out Molly Maid for our move-in cleaning. When we returned, we noticed several spots hadn't been touched. Since we had scheduled our move the same day, we took care of the deficiencies ourselves and reached out the Molly Maid the following week with our feedback including photos and videos. We were informed that their policy is to revisit and address the concerns but since we had already cleaned ourselves there was nothing they could do. We will be going with a different cleaner next time.

Team # 2 performed a supper job cleaning the house. Verry professional, attentive to what they were cleaning. They both did a wonderful job & would have them clean this house again.

The two ladies that came to our house did an amazing job. The attention to detail was fabulous. With two dogs, the hair in our house builds up and leaves our house dirtier than we realize. They left our house spotless, we were so impressed! We will be getting on their monthly schedule. Highly recommend!

I recently hired Molly Maid to clean my home before a family gathering. I found their quote and final price to be fair, and the service was both quick and thorough. I spoke with Robert, and the customer service was excellent in my experience.

My only critique, which is based on personal preference, is that the vacuum lines in the carpet were somewhat erratic rather than straight or patterned. However, they reached out multiple times before the service to ask if I had any specific cleaning instructions or focus areas, though I did not provide any. I am confident that if I had mentioned my preference for vacuum lines, they would have accommodated that request.

Overall, I plan on using them again in the future.

It feels like we have a brand new home! This was a Mother’s Day gift to give to me as a restart after being sick for the past month, and the two ladies who came were absolutely amazing!! They were super nice, professional, and thorough with the work. I truly felt they struck a nice balance between being detailed and swift about the service. Will consider working with this company in future. My husband and I are very satisfied with the quality. Thank you!

We had our first house cleaning on 05/27 with Molly Maid and it was great! The two ladies Anna and Elizabeth did an amazing job on our home! So much that we have requested them to come back and continue cleaning for us. They also are very helpful and have great customer service. Highly recommend!

I’m in Grayson and I’ve been using Molly Maid for years. They are consistently great! I’m so glad I was able to keep them when we moved from Duluth. Always on time, always communicating if there are any changes, always sweet ladies on each visit. They make payment easy and are always accommodating if I have extra needs. I can’t recommend them enough!! Excellent prices and even better cleaning!!!!!!!! I’m so lucky to have them!

Molly Maid did an outstanding job cleaning our new home and getting it move-in ready! They were prompt and on time and were efficient in getting the home clean in the time they quoted me. My only negative comment was that they did not clean the main hallway light fixture that I had specifically asked about when I booked them on the phone two weeks prior and also asked them when they arrived onsite to make sure it was cleaned (photos below). While it was high due to the ceilings, they did have the extension on the duster that reached. Other than that, I would highly recommend!
