Two professional cleaners worked hard on my home. They were thorough and it took a 6 1/2 hours. It was more expensive than I expected, but the house was clean and I was happy. I plan to schedule the service every three weeks. My husband and I live in the home with no pets and we are fairly neat. However, a good cleaning is always needed and the help is a real treat. .

Lisette and Adrianna were amazing. Best cleaning service I ever used. They came out the next day after I called and cleaned our move out disaster. Everything looks and smells better than ever. Jim at the office did amazing with the scheduling. Highly recommend.

Been on the lookout for a cleaning service and am so glad I went with Molly Maid! We just had our first cleaning done by Liliana and Jessica and everything was phenomenal. Thank you so much to Molly Maid, Jessica, and Liliana for taking care of our home and making everything look brand new! Will definitely be a returning customer as everything exceeded my expectations.

Ana and Elizabeth did a great job! They got all of the hair out of the carpet and did a great job cleaning while I was working from home. They were professional and my house looks great!

The ladies did a fabulous job cleaning the entire house after my adult offspring left it a mess. The hardwood floors were spotless and shiny. The refrigerator was cleaned inside and out. The house smelled fresh and I am truly grateful that I had no complaints about anything. It is rare nowadays to be completely satisfied with a service but I am. Definitely will use Molly Maid again, if needed.

I live in NO but visited my parents in Georgia and we ordered Molly Maids. Crew was very nice and sweet. This is our 2nd time using them. Wish they were in New Orleans.

I booked a deep clean and it was just a regular clean. Unfortunately I don’t have anything good to review about…sorry there is one thing. They are very accommodating for booking last minute. They went too fast and missed many details like baseboards in the kitchen and bathroom that they were supposed to clean as part of and clean. They must have cleaned my blinds but they left them all crooked and messed up. No attention to detail. Bathroom
Mirror still had spots on them. Just so fast. I couldn’t recommend in good faith. Disappointed!

I had the one time deep cleaning. They were at my house 4 1/2 hours and everything was SO CLEAN! I thought my shower floor was permanently stained and it is sparkling white now! Lovely people, very efficient, very nice, GREAT cleaners. It was a great experience.

Just say no! So incredibly frustrated with this company. Came an hour late, charged me for a deep cleaning, miss so many spots. Actually caught them lying about several different things ranging from what they cleaned to what I asked them to clean. That made me think you cannot trust them and people who lie tend to also have an associated potential to steal! Also scratched up my walls. Used dollar store products and really seemed like regular people hired from the street, not professionals at all! Spoke to the manager, who was acting very ignorant! Waste of time and money, but most importantly energy!

My issue is not with the workers but the company. 3 different customer service people told me 3 different policy terms. First rep told me hourly rate based on service time. Second rep told me if they work over 1/2 hr of time it rolls to full hour charged and third told me 2 hr minimum. This all based on a move out clean. So the time I documented with Molly maid was 414 arrival and 544 departure( I was on the phone with Molly maid as crew was getting in car) Simple math equates to 1 1/2 hrs. The company documented a 407 arrival and 547 departure putting me approx 7 minutes over 1/2 mark. I would have had them clean more because workers can pace to make it just over the 1/2 hr and charge customers for work not done. I find that a deceiving practice. While I find the crew nice and I would not hire a company with such policies.

Rust in fridge but here is the photo after we had to back and clean. Therefore, if a lay person can clean why can’t a professional as they claim to be?

They do a good job but are overpriced. It was almost double what I quoted.The workers showed up a little later than expected. Had to stay an extra hour and I didn’t have them clean two bedrooms.

I do not recommend.
We just bought a house which was deep cleaned a month ago, but with us going in for the first time and our baby coming, we wanted another cleaning when we moved in. I explained the details, but the cleaning was just sweeping the floors and vacuum cleaning, and just few cleaning inside the cabinets and window dusting (Bathrooms were already spotless because no one used it for a month after the deep cleaned)
so, with already cleaned house, i expected them to go little more in depth, as there were no major cleaning(no appliance to clean as we didnt have washer or refrigerator either), but they were very easy with the cleaning as if i would do it regularly - just dusting off window and vacuuming, which i did not expect for move in cleaning. I wanted the cabinets and corners to be cleaned but not all the cabinets were even checked, and after the clean up, i could see dust and bugs on the floor. Really no difference between before and after. It would be okay if you call them for regular clean up i guess, but not for deep cleaning when you move in.

As a first time client of Molly Maids I was very impressed with how easy it was to schedule a cleaning. They notified me 20 min before arrival and when they entered my apartment they wasted no time and were very efficient. I highly recommend their services. They were friendly and polite and I was very pleased with the finished results.

We hired Molly Maid for a move out service in November 2025. From start to finish their service quality and response time were exceptional. The 2 person crew of Marlene and Liliana did an exceptional job. Both were attentive, detailed and friendly.

We needed to replace 3 large retaining walls on our property that were quite old and GA Outdoor Services delivered a high quality job!
