Benson was the service tech who did our run up and Inspection. He answered all our questions, was polite and professional. Benson listened to our concerns answered what he could and reached out to the appropriate departments for answers he did not have. We are looking into using ragsdale for some future updates to our system

I’ve been using Ragsdale for yearly maintenance and have been happy with their work. Our hvac system was a little over 13 years old and was having issues with leaks and cooling too much in some areas, not enough in others. They replaced both old trane systems with newer Carrier systems. Everything went very smooth and from contract sign to done was about 24 hours. The salesman and the replacement crew were very professional. They were very careful with the interior of the house, keeping it clean and they cleaned up everything afterwards and gave a demo of the system. Very pleased and system is performing as advertised.

Called to make an appointment to have some HVAC work done. After scheduling the appointment I received a return call saying they had a tech in the area finishing a service call and he could come out that day if it was possible. I said yes and they sent me the name and picture of the tech coming to the house which I forwarded on to my wife because I was at work. It made her feel more comfortable knowing who was coming to the house. Once William showed up he quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the main problem. There was another item I had William take a look at while he was there and he said it would be an easy job but unfortunately did not have the materials on the truck and that he would be back on Monday to finish up the other item once he had the items needed for the job. He was very professional and friendly.

A few weeks ago, William M. came to my house and was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly. I wasn’t able to walk him out, so he made sure to lock the door on his way out, which I really appreciated. He was great. I highly recommend!

We have had other companies work in our home, however, the work was inadequate and Ragsdale was called to make repairs and then replacement of a water heater.

We felt safe and secure with their service. Going forward we have had a major home renovation including installation of a new electric panel, rewiring in our home, lighting replacement, smoke and co2 installation. Plumbing upgrades include replacement of shower/bathtub, toilets, vanity, and kitchen appliances.

We are comforted knowing our home repairs were performed with excellence by this outstanding company. We have complete trust in the work performed by Ragsdale.

Not so please with the cost of the work he done. Cut to spot in my ceiling small pinhole and then repair and charge me 558.00 for 30 minutes work what a ripe off. Now I got to find someone to repair the two hole. Technician Micheal Crewey didn't tell my husband about the cost until he finished the job I will never use him to do any work for me again. 😠😠

I have never encountered any repair serviceman like Mike. Not only does he care about plumbing but he cares about people. Get ready next customer if you get him to service your plumbing needs. You just wait and see! It asks about pricing. Awesome price was paid.

My experience with Ragsdale was top friggin' notch. Jerome came out to help figure out what was going on, was great in explaining to me what was going on, was patient with me in helping suss out an intermittent issue with my damper system, and the next day was back out to get it fixed for me. He was thorough, attentive, worked to understand my mid-level knowledge of hvac and was just a really nice guy, especially with the How It's Made enthusiast standing with him learning how everything works. Steve came out to work with him on the second day, he was great too. They also didn't try to talk me into stuff I didn't need, didn't try to sell me a water heater when I didn't call about a water heater. Very satisfied with my experience.

Glen from Ragsdale is simply the Best at what he does, and an Excellent example of Ragsdale quality in services and product. Changed out a 12 year old water heater that was spewing copper-colored water, fully explained the problem, implemented the fix and completed the removal and installation in a quick and professional manner. Satisfied Customer!

Great customer service! More than a year following installation of a new HVAC, I finally contacted Ragsdale to come back out to do a routine check up. Cost of the first two maintenance visits were included in my initial purchase. The phone clerk accommodated my schedule when setting me up for this service. The technician, Tiante, arrived on time and he was polite, professional, and worked efficiently to make sure my system was operating well. I'm very satisfied with Ragsdale Heating and Air.

I've had a maintenance plan with Ragsdale for years now, but I have used them for HVAC replacement as well as for plumbing type issues. I have been very happy with the skill, convenience and variety of services offered from Ragsdale. A great company with great employees in my opinion!
