I rented a 30 yard rolloff from them and the experience was fast and easy. I got my quote and filled out the paperwork and was immediately able to schedule a delivery for the bin. They delivered it quickly and with no hassle. We finished with it early and although you get it for 10 days I was able to schedule and early pick up for it as well since the Thanksgiving holiday complicated things. Costumer service was great and I would highly recommend HTM.

I needed to use HTM for a roll off bin rental on short notice. Every person I spoke to talked to me like they cared, and provided fantastic customer service. They were quick, flexible, helpful, and efficient. Especially Kai. I feel like he went above and beyond to show me how reliable HTM can be, and I trust him to take care of my project’s needs. Office staff responded quickly to my request. A crew was out to my location within 24 hours. They worked around my schedule. When the crew arrived, they were professional and courteous. Hazardous job, trimming a very large lychee tree close to electric power lines and main road. The crew arrived on time and worked very hard trimming the tree down. This was a big job and filled up the chip truck 3x. The crew had to return another day to finish up. Both crews were polite and professional. Im sure there are other companies that may have been cheaper but this job was hazardous and this is the third time I have used Htm. I have confidence in Htm they have the experience, sufficient equipment and hard working crew to get a difficult job done safely.

First time renting a 40 yard dumpster for my company Nalani Plant Service. Suzanne at HTM has great customer service, great response time to emails and the best prices for dumpsters. We needed a switch out dumpster and they got it on schedule for us right away. Also like how we get emailed when the dumpster is scheduled, on the way and completed. This will be our go to company for all our dumpster rentals.

Excellent communication, service, and price. We had several trees that were unfortunately destroyed by CRB & needed to remove. HTM provided a professional service by removing and grinding stumps in a single session, and the stumps were not in a very easy area to get to with a grinder. Would totally use them again for future needs.

I found HTM Contractors Inc on Google, and was fortunate to have worked with them. They provided excellent service both in the office and in the field. I worked in the construction field so I am familiar with the safety protocols and was surprised at how safety oriented all the workers were. They had to cut down 4-5 tall trees in my backyard which is on a hillside and hanging over my house. They did an excellent job. All the field workers were very polite which reflects how the company is managed.

As a general contractor based out of Oahu it is important to have a reliable company for dumpster drop off and pick ups. HTM has been easy and professional to work with. They are timely and can accommodate last minute scheduling which is important in our field - thing move fast.

We also used HTM on a personal level when a large tree fell in our yard. Their team was quick to respond and reasonably priced.

HTM Tree Trimmers were great from start to finish. Their arborist, John is very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns.

The team that trimmed my mango tree, also were very attentive to carefully trim as I requested. Each team member was very professional.

I would highly recommend HTM.

Like a car rental; take photos of the bin you receive and take photos before it's pickup !!! HTM will charges insane prices, $700 sq ft for bin damage; this means dents, holes and scratches.

Plus, invoices are due immediately or a 1% fee will accrue (daily??)

For clarity, paying for damage is not the issue; mistakes happen we use heavy equipment. Dumpers bins serve a function, a transport vessel for trash. The damage we inflicted was minor, no gaping hole. THE ISSUE: $700 sq ft to add a patch & paint; not reasonable or fair. It seems, damage charges are an easy making tactic.
