Professional team. Quote was reasonable and timely. Slight issue with scheduling the day of the work between office and actual crew. They worked it out. Crew arrived 2 hours later. Did a great job of trio and cleaning up. Nice people, they asked if I was satisfied before they left. We both took before and after pics for our records. Will use them again.

Exceptional. Amazing communication from start to finish. Fair priced cans. I like that you can track the driver to get an ETA on delivery and pickup. Company is very well organized, we will definitely be using them again.

A broken branch was hanging from parking lot and was a risk to cars and people. HTM was quick in their work (an hour), thorough in ensuring that all branches were cleared & they cleaned up after their work.
I highly recommend HTM if you need your trees trimmed or for any of their services offered.

No they didn't do our yard but we so much enjoy watching them do their job and well by the way. They keep their clean up nice and tight besides seeing to it that anyone near by dose not get hurt. So instead of going under them, cross the street and watch them work for the little ones are at awe. Aloha from the Ala Wai and Nui Streets in Waikiki.

I loved the ficus tree but it was causing major problems d/t its aggressive root system. Anyway, HTM removed and turned it to saw dust! Ha ha 😂

This Team, headed by Kaivai Latu was incredible. My business, Body Fix was going through a remodel and build out. We had piles of waste that needed to be removed. HTM brought a crew of men and they quickly hauled all the material out of my space. They worked fast and at the end of it, they cleaned up afterwards. I appreciate the fast, quality service HTM provided me. As a business owner, this local company is 5 Stars!!! They are highly recommended.

Our nonprofit organization is down sizing so hired HTM Junk Removal to dispose of old furniture and office equipment. They were very professional, arrived on time, worked very hard, and gave us a great price! When they were done we gave them some money to buy themselves lunch. We will defenitely hire HTM again!

We have a very old monkey pod tree that we were afraid might go over in high winds and fall on our house. Their botanist came and inspected it and said the roots were very strong. Then they trimmed and balanced the tree and it looks spectacular!

I highly recommend H.T.M. Contractors. I live above Kalihi Stream, and several of the bamboo and albezia trees on the hillside fell down during the recent heavy rain and wind storms. The H.T.M. team was awesome, very friendly and efficient. They cleared everything out and hauled away in no time. This is actually the 3rd time I've had the company do work similar work for me. You will not regret hiring them!

HTM was incredibly easy and professional to work with. They were efficient and clean. Removed my entire tree and cleaned up the mess in about 3 hours. Pretty impressive! I had Sean Perry come out from Premier restoration to mitigate a couple of units that had mold issues from water damage and I was very happy with his service. He is very knowledgeable with what he does, and a hard worker. He responded quick,cleaned it quick, accommodated my needs and answer every phone call that I made with questions. During the Kona Low storm several rooms in our house flooded. TM and Kurt were wonderful explaining the water extraction procedures, installing the equipment, and then removing the equipment. They both called, were on time, provided professional service, and were very kind to our two dogs. We appreciate the exceptional service and would call Premier Restoration again!

Premier Restoration Hawaii did a great job taking care of water damage due to pipe crack. They were quick and fast. The whole team treated us with respect and we’re very sympathetic to what we are going through. I really appreciate the kindness they have shown us.

Ryan was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. His expertise in his decision to tackle the job was exceptional. He packed up the contents of my garage and put in storage then was able to clean up from the fire in a week. He pretty much made it easier for the next team that comes in to repair damages.
