Melbourne and Thomas were absolutely wonderful to work with. This outdoor patio and kitchen project of mine has been both stressful and exciting at the same time. Selective Stone has the experts to assist with every aspect of your project. They only sell the materials, but are connected to a large network of contractors who can do the finish work. You cannot find another granite or stone supplier anywhere on this island that can match the service, selection, pricing, friendly, helpful, patient, and welcoming atmosphere that this place has. I know because I pretty much called and visited every single place on Oahu. Some places will not even let you in the door to see what they have! "Yeah just go check out out website" they say.... Nothing is better than seeing and feeling it in person! Because of this, Selective Stone has earned my business now, and for future projects. I've always been a DIY kinda of guy and Selective Stone is now my go to place! I purchased an entire slab of granite for my custom outdoor cooking island at a very very reasonable price! While others wanted $3k to $4k for their slab, it was half that at Selective Stone. Plus the color was pretty much what I was looking for.

Great experience. 100% recommend. Lindsey was incredibly helpful with their selection of stone countertop materials and helping us size and plan. He went above and beyond to help us troubleshoot after the fact as well. 5 stars!

This guy knows what he is doing, he buil a good ramp in my shop. The ramp holds up to 5000 pounds.
All the measurements are accurate, he use the best materials.

Bathroom repair and renovation just finished today and we are pleased with the final results particularly with the tile and drywall. We've seen work by other so-called professional contractors that weren't much better than handyman or DIY quality. Phoenix is of the craftsman level. We had solicited several bids and they were not the lowest. But there is often a danger in picking the cheapest. With regard to professionalism, they politely accommodated our mini change orders. Our house is aging and we expect to be hiring them again in the years to come.

Doing a review on behalf of the whole family. Flávio has been helping us repair bits of our crotchety fixer-upper for the last couple of years, from fixing the window levers to changing a roof. He's been efficient and reliable, and we can always count on him finding a way to make things work and leave them looking better.

SANTA CLAUS CAME IN NOVEMBER! Flavio’s work was incredible! Our large deck and 3 flights of stairs to our pool were old and needed to be replaced. His professionalism and attention to detail impressed me again and again throughout the job. He widened all the stairs because new code required it. He put roofing material under bottom steps to prevent rain from soaking into Trex steps. He worked under the old deck and put sister boards next to old damaged boards. He also sprayed for termite and ant protection.on all the support boards under old deck. Any preexisting post in lanai railing he tested and replaced where needed. Sanded our two front entry doors and stained them as well as adding a small board on bottom of each door to extend the height of the door. He took care of little “extras” like buying product and installing to keep birds from nesting. Helped repair a window, bought and installed a lock on front door. Always cleaned up at end of each work day. And to all of this, he’s a kind good natured guy! A blessing beyond words!

We needed to replace and modify some kitchen cabinetry for new appliances. Flavio was able to assess the work that was needed and start straightaway. He finished the job in a couple of days. He was very professional and provided quality work. I will definitely hire him again for future home repair/remodeling!

We have been so impressed by Flavio’s work on our deck. He and his associate (also Flavio!) did the demo/removal of the old wooden deck and installed TREX decking for our 480 sq ft patio. The soundness of the sub-structure was impressive, and Flavio had spot-on artistic suggestions including the picture frame accent color as well as two parallel pony tables that he installed as a bonus add-on! The deck turned out beautiful and the whole project (including installation of a 220 outlet for our e-vehicle) only took 2.5 weeks! They worked long, hard hours and paid meticulous attention to details, have much pride in their work and were so very personable as well! I would not hesitate to hire Flavio for every home improvement project on our list! MAHALO to you for the great job!

We recently hired Flavio to remodel our bathroom, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The project involved expanding our shower, which required moving a wall and Flavio handled it with total professionalism and skill. From the initial walkthrough to the final finishes, Flavio demonstrated incredible attention to detail. Every tile was perfectly placed, the transitions were clean, and he made sure everything not only looked beautiful but functioned well too.

Recently we needed some renovations done to our home & I came accross Neng Win Buidler on Yelp. I contacted them & told them what my needs were. I found them to be very professional & the quality of their work was top notch. They were quick to respond & were able to start my renovations almost immediately (within a couple of days). It only took them 3 days to complete the work & we are more than pleased with them. Their workers are very pleasant & they took the time to do a thorough cleaning after the job was done. We are definitely calling them for our next home project.

I had my home renovated, and the workmanship was outstanding. I was sort of nervous at first because of the overpricing that happens all the time but this company was fair with their pricing. The owner was honest, helpful, and understanding. They even provided very good suggestions to make your project even better without breaking the bank. I was extremely happy and impressed with the quality of work.

I hired Neng Win Builder Ltd to rebuild the picket fence and stairs leading to the backyard. They were among the first to respond to my request with a reasonable estimate. They completed the project on time with quality and professionalism. They even caulked the nail heads to prevent it from rusting. Carita was very responsive and provided photo updates of the project while it was in progress. I will hire them again on my next construction project.
