Family owned with friendly staff awaiting to walk through their showroom as they share the many features & characteristics with variety of stones they have available. Conviently located and easy to find.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff, lots of inventory to choose from. They gave us several names of installers, including Sandor Kiss. Sandor did such a good job on our granite countertop that the seam between the pieces is almost invisible.

My husband and I recently visited Selective Stone to select a pre-fab stone countertop to replace an old one made of formica. Upon our arrival Tom Ching greeted us. He was friendly, accomodating and KNOWLEDGEABLE! With his guidance we chose the sample and he contacted an installer for us. The price of the panel was reasonable ($375) and we are now enjoying a new, bathroom countertop. In fact, we were so pleased that we will now be replacing our existing, kitchen countertops next week.

Tom has been so patient and has put us in contact with so many people to assist us with our projects. He helped me to select a stove, microwave and even a bathroom faucet. He offers many suggestions and works with your budget.

Bought tiles for my patio and walkway. They recommended Corey to lay the tiles. Several tiles had defects which we saw after Corey layed them.. Selective stone would only give me substitute tiles. Corey said he would take out and relay the new tiles. He made appointment after appointment and wouldn't show up. When I called he had an excuse each time and then gave us a new date and time he would be there.. The last time we waiting the whole morning for him as he promised he would absolutely be there, but didn't show up again.. I would not use him as he is not an honest businessman. I hope Selective Stone would stop recommending him.

i bought a large slab about two months before i needed it and salesman says no problem holding it. (these folks came recommended to me by my contractor) fast forward, i get au urgent call from contractor while i am on vacation — in the middle of putting my kitchen together, these losers couldnt find my slabs. clearly had sold them. i had to rely on my contractor to pick another style/color sight unseen. luckily i had a great contractor but these guys are trash in my mind. buyer beware

I was recommended a friend of a contractor. We didn't have a contractor to install counter top. So the sales guy at shop found a installer for us in short time. Also their price is very reasonable price compare to big box that I had quote. Selective Stone's price was a half price. I could get a really nice stone countertop with half price of big box. Fast service and they are really willing to help. I would recommend to everybody.

Excellent customer service, competitive pricing and wide range of materials to choose from. We worked with Tom, and he is fantastic. Excellent communication, highly responsive and a great guy to work with.

Easy to find out in the airport industrial area. Adequate parking. decent showroom with options available by material, and purpose. I was helped by Mike, who was friendly and knowledgeable. The pricing is not obvious except for those tiles that are on clearance. Mike did not seem to know the plumber who I was told to say as the referral.

My construction co has been doing business for 20 + years with Selective stone They are above & beyond the competition. There knowledgeable , personable ,sincere & take great pride in there business. I have sent numerous clients and they are impressed with the quality, availability and the pricing . I highly recommend Selective Stone to all Contractors & DIY. If I could give negative stars I would.
The experience started out fine, Tyson helped us order flooring and Quartz slab.
A few weeks later we changed our mind on the flooring, knowing there would be a restocking fee, which we were fine with paying. Turns out he lied to us and it was not returnable since it was a special order. Never informed us about that, only the restocking fee, but we did sign the invoice in which that was written in small print.

We had picked out a specific type of quartz, which he says he’d hold for us, only for us to find out he did not. They made that right by giving us a larger slab for the same price.
Fast forward, we of course ended up using the flooring we originally ordered, and ran out. My partner ordered a few boxes and Tyson let us know we could pick it up the next day.
The next morning I drove out to the warehouse that supplies material to SS arriving when they open at 7:30. Turns out the order had not been put in yet. I then had to wait till SS opened at 8 to call Tyson. Who, literally laughed at me on the phone saying we should have given them a heads up we’d be there so early since they process orders in the morning, despite the fact that he told us we could pick it up. He placed the blame all on my partner and talked over me. Never once apologized.
I have never had a more unprofessional experience in my life!
You couldn’t pay me to work with this company again.
