I had Nathan hook up our new washing machine, and install two new toilets and washlets as well as a new garbage disposal. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly recommend him (and Evertrust).

I was referred to EverTrust Plumbing by a friend, specifically a Master Plumber by the name of Nate. Nate arrived, we had a talk about my plans in remodeling a bathroom. First thing I noticed is Nate listened to everything I had to say before he said a word. Then he offered suggestions on how to proceed along with recommendations for the best way to get the job done. The best conversation I have had with a tradesman. Nate and EverTrust has become my go to company for plumbing needs.

Very professional service. They came the day of my request and repaired a pin-hole leak at my main water shut-off valve. They used high quality materials, and had a new tech compression fitting tool to enable them to complete the repair in less than an hour. Highly recommend them to others and thanks EverTrust!

After checking a few places I ended up going with EverTrust. Not only did they respond to my inquiry on the same day, but they were able to send out a person to both give me a quote and fix my piping. I was a little worried about pricing because of some reviews, but they more than reasonably priced. Definitely will go back to the with future planning needs.

I have used EverTrust for a number of problems from simple faucet repairs to serious and strange taped cast iron waste line and mis-aligned toilet . They are on time, considerate and fairly priced. I would recommend them to my friends!

I shopped around quite a bit trying to find a plumber who could fix a few of the issues that arose out of my recent home purchase inspection. The price they estimated was around the same price as most of the others I spoke with. Although some quotes much higher and only one quoted roughly the same but with additional work would be covered. I didn’t go with that company for other reasons.

Any who, Ever Trust came out for an assessment free of charge! One of the other places charged $45-$75 just to do an assessment! I don’t have a ton of money, so the fact that this was free, I was overly happy. A close friend of mine referred a specific plumber with Ever Trust but of course you can’t call them directly. I was skeptical when I read some of the reviews, but since he referred them, I put my trust in my buddy.

Turns out the guy who he had shared was the person who showed up! Talk about winning. Nathan and his colleague were on time, polite, and professional. We had the leaking pressure regulator replaced, installed a main shutoff since our couldn’t be located (thanks 1993 construction), and installed a new toilet. Originally we were just going to replace the wax ring, but we were advised (1) the toilet the previous owners installed is the worst of the worst and it’s the ergonomically good and (2) install of a new toilet and replacing a wax ring is the same labor cost. The only difference is the price of the toilet. So we decided to get a new throne. They even helped with a old hose connection faucet! Again super nice and professional.

Original water heater was not properly installed by a different Plumbing Company. Needed to get the warrenty company involved who brought in EverTrust Plumbing. They were responsive, knowledgeable and fix the situation. About a month later, disposal broke down. Contacted EverTrust. Quick response and fixed it. Will use them again for sure!

Nathan and Travis came out to replace our water heater this past Monday (4-12-21). They did an excellent job replacing the water heater and answering all my questions. They had to make a couple of trips to get the correct water heater ...but never complained and had a good attitude about going back to the shop. They apologized for the delay. We will definitely refer them and EverTrust Plumbing to our fiends and family. A shout out also to the very pleasant and helpful Chelsea who answered all of my questions and quickly set up our appointment for that same day. A big Mahalo to all three of them! 🤙 Great employees!

My bathroom faucet broke, so decided to call Evertrust Plumbing based on their reviews. The plumber came by the same morning to see what the job requirements needed, and had the office email me the estimate. He had to attend to other jobs that were scheduled, but returned the same afternoon with the Delta faucet I requested. He also replaced the supply lines and valves, which made sense, completing the job in less than an hour. He also said they would bill me so I could pay by check, as I wanted. Prompt response, quality products, and good service... just what I was looking for.

We needed to replace all of the old galvanized pipe in our house and Nathan and his crew did a great job! We decided to use Evertrust Plumbing after meeting Nathan during the estimate. He is very knowledgeable (he is a master plumber) and a really nice guy. They all worked hard and finished in one day and everything was as promised, and cleaned up also! His pricing was also really good!!! Will definitely use him again; so glad we found him

The plumbers are really nice guys customer service leaves much to be desired specifically Chelsea who has been my main contact. Chelsea never answers the phone and then does not return phone calls. We persisted however because we had a few good experiences with the plumbers in the past. So despite the effort we wanted the plumbers to come back. We were eventually able to get ahold of them after several days (calling multiple times a day and leaving voicemails, none of which were returned) to inspect a toilet leak that is affecting my downstairs neighbors coming from my unit. They “fixed” what they assumed to be the problem without doing a holistic look at what the problem might be. We asked if they would look at the leak from the downstairs unit since the ceiling was already opened up but they replied that it would not be necessary. Immediately upon their departure my downstairs neighbor told me the problem worsened tenfold. When I called to ask them to come out again to check out the leak (after again many voicemails and attempts to contact them) Chelsea said there were no appointments available and they refused to remedy the situation. Very disappointed in the lack of integrity from this company. Would not recommend.
