Yes, Aaron and Mikey actually will try to save you money, and keep you from spending money you do not need (or even have) to spend. Their honesty is refreshing.

Back to the work: they are quick, but not in a hurry, and very thorough. They ask before doing more than you knew to ask them to do in the first place. And the work is complete, and done well.

Had a emergency repair needed on a Saturday. Phone service was friendly and helpful. Aaron got here quickly and did great work. Very good experience with him and the company as a whole. The price was a bit shocking, but considering this was weekend rates, not much can be done about it. Highly recommend.

I called for an emergency leak and even though the price was more than I could do at the time, I still wanted to leave this review because Aaron was awesome. He was super helpful, took his time, and explained everything in a way I could understand. He didn’t pressure me at all and really just tried to help. He even met with me and helped me figure out what parts I needed so I could take care of it myself. I was stressed out and he made the situation way easier. I’m really thankful for his help and kindness. Mahalo, Aaron, I truly appreciate it.

Aaron was such a good help. Had a huge backup at our shop in Ala Moana. Aaron was able to get on premises within 45 minutes and made sure to get the job complete. Always kept a level of professionalism throughout the entire situation. Also trying out different things until he was able to solve our issue. Great work and cleaned the area after. Would go with them in the future for any plumbing issues.

Aaron and his co-plumber did an excellent job. What’s important to me was they were straight up and did what was.necessary to address the problem and no more! All servicing cost were upfront depending on the problem encountered. They were very professional, polite and tidy. With any repair service You need to be able to trust that you are not being charged for repairs that aren’t necessary, unlike another popular plumming company I got a quote from prior. P&S will be the plumbers I use going forward after today’s experience.

I had water leaking through the ceiling on my main floor, which turned out to be coming from my upstairs toilet. I called P & S Plumbing and they sent Aaron and Mikey to assess and fix the issue.

From start to finish, they were outstanding. They notified me before arriving, showed up on time, and were very professional throughout the entire visit. They took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly inspected the problem, and quickly determined that the leak was caused by a clog in the piping.

Aaron and Mikey made the necessary repairs and were very careful in my home — they laid down a tarp to protect my flooring and worked cleanly and efficiently. They were also completely upfront about the total cost, with no surprises.

Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the service. I highly recommend P & S Plumbing, and especially Aaron and Mikey, for anyone dealing with plumbing issues.

Absolute lifesavers! Aaron, Mike, and Beth are the dream team.

I cannot recommend this team highly enough. I was in the middle of a total nightmare situation—a sewage backup on a Friday night—and was completely panicking.

First, Beth on the dispatch line was an absolute angel. She didn't just schedule the appointment; she actually talked me down when I was stressed out and made sure help was on the way immediately.

Then Aaron and Mike arrived, and they were incredible. They called ahead to let me know they were coming, showed up exactly when they said they would, and were professional from the second they walked in. You can tell they work seamlessly as a team—they diagnosed the issue fast and got to work immediately.

I was so impressed by how respectful they were of my home (they even took their shoes off). They fixed a major disaster quickly and efficiently. If you need a plumber who is honest, skilled, and actually cares about their customers, call them.

Aaron and Mikey were fantastic! They were responsive on very short notice and quickly serviced the hot water heater, which made my tenants extremely happy to have the hot water restored. Professional, efficient, and easy to work with. A special shout out to Beth as well for getting the service scheduled so quickly. Excellent coordinator and customer service all around. My kitchen faucet suddenly died of old age on a Thursday, which made it impossible to use, and that night, I left a message at P&S Plumbing. There was no way I could get through the weekend without a functional kitchen sink and needed it replaced the next day. Bess the dispatcher returned my call bright and early. It was a horrendously busy day at the biz, and it took nearly half a day to confirm that a plumber would be able to make it to my home. But thanks to the vigilance of kindly Bess along with some good luck, Aaron and his assistant showed up -- early! -- and installed a shiny new faucet. What a relief. They were such nice people, and knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you so much, Aaron, for squeezing me in. To Bess: Your warmth and gentle humor really helped get me endure a stressful day. P&S Plumbing is so lucky to have you on staff -- you make a customer's first encounter with the biz a lovely experience. I'd call you folks for another job in a heartbeat.

Why does it always happen? When you need a plumber one is never available? Well, look no further! P&S plumbing to the rescue! I was looking for same day service because I had a backup on the main pipe abs needed it unclogged. I waited a little while for Aaron to show up but really nice guys and great fast service! I had a Flash-O-Meter installed on my toilet, and Aaron and Mike did an excellent job. They were knowledgeable, honest, and worked efficiently. On top of that, they arrived early and were incredibly friendly throughout the process. I’ll definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommended!

Aaron and Mike have been doing some work on the apartment complex I am the resident manager of, the two of them have been above and beyond the work requested. They handled 5 different tasks in different units in 1 day with smiles on their faces and it was a pleasure to watch the skills go to work. They took care of 2 broken pipes on the outside of the building professionally and quickly. I will call them for any plumbing concerns I have with this buidling and will recommend them to anyone who asks for a plumber.

Aaron and Mikey, Were great. They did a beautiful job installing everything. They come to my house to install the sink, faucet, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. They were very professional and knowledgeable about the products that they were installing. My dishwasher didn’t come with Brackets to install it to the countertop. Mikey went out of his way and looked up the product that I needed to order. So i knew what it was. I thought that was very thoughtful 😃.

I almost never write reviews because service rarely meets my expectations-But today it not only met, but absolutely exceeded all expectations! I called P&S Plumbing to install a new gas range and from the first call with Beth, I was impressed. She was kind, professional, and helpful so I booked right away and I’m so glad I did. Aaron arrived the next day, on a Saturday and on time, He was incredibly personable, professional, and efficient. He was direct, honest, and even made me laugh! He went above and beyond-helping move my old stove to the curb (not even part of the job) And working efficiently so I wouldn’t be charged extra time. He could’ve easily taken advantage of the situation, but he didn’t- True integrity! Also, delivery company failed to leave the gas hook up kit I purchased, and Aaron had the foresight to pick up a gas hook up kit on his way to my place even though I had informed him that I had purchased one! If he hadn’t, I would’ve had to reschedule! Customer service, work ethic, honesty, and superior craftsmanship are alive and well at P&S plumbing thanks to Aaron and Beth! I couldn’t be happier with the service and will absolutely call them again. Highly recommend.-Look no further!

We called them when our hot water tanks suddenly stopped producing hot water. The office staff was incredibly helpful — a lady took the time to walk us through some basic troubleshooting over the phone before even scheduling a service appointment, which we really appreciated.

Since our tanks were nearing the end of their lifespan, we decided to replace them. There was absolutely no sales pressure. They provided a clear quote on the spot and gave us several options to choose from.

Aaron was especially helpful and communicated directly with our electrician to make sure everything was coordinated properly before installation. When they discovered the opening was too narrow to remove the old tanks, instead of cutting into the drywall, they carefully cut the tanks in half to avoid damaging the wall. We truly appreciated that extra effort to keep everything clean and intact.

They are knowledgeable, solution-oriented, and communicate exceptionally well. Thank you so much for the outstanding service!
