uncle joe was extremely helpful! accidentally dropped some glass down my garbage disposal and he was able to repair it in no time! will definitely be using their services again if needed in the future!

Great service! They came so fast after I called. Within an hour after I called, Joseph was here at my apartment to help me fix my drain. He explained what was wrong with my drain in a clear and easy to understand way and showed me what was wrong at every stage. Really excellent service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber. Super efficient service with a great easy to understand plumber. He also made sure that the apartment next to mine wasn't flooded or potentially flooded, which is something I hadn't even considered before. So, I am very grateful for all of Joseph's hard work. Joseph was sent to assess my kitchen sink since the water wasn’t going down. He arrived in a timely manner and assessed the problem quickly. He gave me price estimate and I agreed to do the work. He was very thorough and explained things along the way as he did the work answering all of my questions. He got the problem resolved and made sure there were no leaks or any water dripping from any of the parts that needed to be tightened really well. He cleaned up his area and made sure everything was contained to a plastic bag to be thrown away outside. He gave excellent service today and I am so appreciative that I have my sink back in working order now. I will deposited use Joseph again if I can request him in the future if ever needed.

Had a great experience with Joseph from Roto-Rooter! He came out to fix a leak in my kitchen sink and went above and beyond. He stayed until almost 8pm just to make sure every washer was put back together correctly and that the leak was completely gone. Super professional, but also easy to talk to and explained what he was doing along the way. Really appreciated his dedication and patience—definitely recommend Joseph if you ever need plumbing help!

Great work, technician was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and really knew what he was doing! Knocked off one star because the service was very expensive, but NOT due to technician fault, after all, I was paying for a national brand name too!

Our kitchen sink clogged, tried drano but no go. So I needed something urgent because it got worsen, Called Roto Rooters and within an hour, Johnny/plumber came by and snaked the clogged pipes. It took about an hour and the issue was resolved. Great job! Highly recommend Roto Rooters for plumbing issues. Mahalo Johnny!

Joseph was great! He is extremely experienced and had both the tools and wisdom to get the job done right. I called him in after another plumbing agency identified the issue as my drain pipe, which would have been an extremely intrusive repair. He came in and took the time to make sure no conclusions were jumped to. He found there was no issue with the drain pipe. He found the issue, explained and showed me as well.

I wish I just used these guys in the first place. If you have any issues, START with Roto Rooters. Not only was Joseph super helpful, but Carlos and Lionel also were great. They filled us in the tools they were using and how everything worked. They made sure to work with us to balance what needs to get done the right way and work with our insurance so we didn’t get overwhelmed. Best team!
