Tree roots were apparently blocking drainage of sinks and tubs in septic drainage system outdoors, problem fixed quickly, same day service was excellent👍😁

I recently got a new washer and dryer and found out that the water box (that is connected to the washer) needed to be replaced.

The job required cutting some of the drywall because I decided to go with a different brand— supposedly better.

Austin was one of the technicians that the head of maintenance of the condo I live in recommended.

I contacted 2 out of 5 technicians, Austin was available the same week.

He was courteous and polite - too polite. lol

It took a three and a half hours to cut the drywall and install the water box.

Afterwards he cleaned up the debris and wiped off the dust from the bathroom floor.

Great service! I recommend him.

However, I think the company is somewhat expensive, but at the same time, we live in Hawaii.

From the first call to the Aloha, Alpha Omega was very friendly, highly professional, and got the job done exceptionally well! Called Alpha Omega at 8am and John was at my place at 10a and was able to find a leak that was a mystery to me. John was friendly and kept me informed at each step of the repair. He professionally fixed the leak. I would highly recommend them.

Austin from Alpha Omega Plumbing came to fix a leak in one of my sinks. He walked in thinking that he was just going to do a quick leak fix…but no! I ended up having him remove the sink and capping the lines. He never complained that the job took longer than expected. He has awesome customer service. Super friendly and laid back. He took the time to answer all my questions. He even went the extra mile and cleaned the walls and floors around the area. Very pleased and happy with this company and their staff!!

Excellent service provider. They set the appontment 4 days out. Confirmed the day prior. They arrived early be 30 min and The septic tank was pumped cleared and inspected in 20 minutes. Excellent communication and several positive recommendations about maintenance that can be attended to. Highly recommended.
