Pipe Masters came out to our home to do a video of our main sewer line. The technicians were very knowledgeable and efficient. They were very up front with the costs of the services- no surprises! The scheduler was also great, and was able to schedule our appointment quickly. She also provided a detailed description of the service.

Our water main sprung a leak and we had a difficult time finding a plumber that would work on it because it was plastic and not copper. Pipe Masters immediately responded and offered to send someone out within 2 hours. They were always on time to their appointments, and were friendly and professional. The technicians even temporarily patched out line while they waited to receive the necessary parts to permanently fix it. I'm so thankful that we found this company and that they were able to help us in this difficult situation.

Was referred to Pipe Masters after conducting a home inspection and needed a plumber to do a sewer inspection. Danny & Arvin were great at scheduling and setting up the appointment. Arvin was very knowledgeable with scope of work being done and explained the process and how much it would cost. After my phone call, I received a detailed reminder text about my appointment for the next day.

On the day of the appointment, I received a text letting me know that the technician, George, was en route to the property. It even gave a link to track him! I thought that was pretty cool (Arvin mentioned it was similar to Uber lol). While there both technicians were very professional and so helpful.

Immediately after they were done, I had already received their report through email. This was very important as no time was wasted wondering when we would receive report notes and we were able to plan the next steps seamlessly.

The team at Pipe Masters made routine annual testing for the City of Honolulu experience pleasant. We coordinated with live professionals with excellent customer service, and their secure safety protocol kept our staff safe at a comfortable distance. Another great experience with this company, from start to finish! I already knew, based on my prior experience with Pipe Masters, that they were a good company with great employees. From my initial call to Arvin to the work done by Izaiah and Tyler, this company seems to make it a point to communicate every step of the way.

For this project, they came to fix the P-Trap in my boiler room that had over 40 years of silt, scale, and lime build up that would slow my water flow to a drip. As soon as we found water leak in our house, I contacted Jason at Pipe Masters Jason responded to me immediately, I sent him pictures and video of the situation and he made an arrangements for someone to come out to investigated and detected where the leak was coming from. Thanks to the hard work, they repaired the leak within that day! Ryan the tech was also very friendly and respectful. If it were not for them, we would have continued to have multiple issues from the leak. They communicated really well with me and I felt really great about the whole process. The leaking pipe under our kitchen sink turned out to be a bigger job than we thought. I am so glad we decided to go with Pipe Masters they made everything so easy from scheduling an appt on their very informative website to confirmation emails and text messages letting me know when the technicians are on their way. We were having frequent drainage problems from 2 of our 3 bathrooms for the last few months maybe more like a year. We had Pipe masters come to inspect the lines. They came and scoped and jetted the lines to clear the clog.

I was very pleased with Izaiha from Pipe Master as he explained to me thoroughly what was going to be done. He also showed me what he was seeing in the drain pipe as he was scoping it. As he was jetting the pipe I did see evidence of large black glob of sewage coming through line as I looked down into one cleanouts. It looked like the dam had burst (finally). I am very satisfied with the work done and the recommendations he provided.

Just a a note, about a month earlier we had another plumbing company come and do basically the same thing. However the clog came back within a month even though we hardly used these 2 bathrooms. The equipment used by Pipe Masters for scoping and jetting seemed to be of better quality. With scoping I could see the pipe more clearly on the screen and the jetting seemed to be more powerful.

Again, very satisfied with the work done.

With no hesitation, I would strongly recommend Pipe Masters! They were on time, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I especially loved their pre-visit communication (sending personnel profile, rating, and background) in addition to GPS tracking status.

They provided transactional transparency - fully disclosing the cost of the work to be performed and additional costs for additional work if necessary.

After having issues with a recurring slow drain, someone recommended pipe masters to me. I’m glad they did. I spoke with the manager Jason on the phone and he recommended having a technician come out and inspect the line with a camera which I thought was a good idea.

We scheduled an appointment and Devon came out a few days later to help figure out what was causing the problem. They were able to pull the toilet and put a camera into the sewer line so that we could see what was going on beneath the houses foundation. This was super helpful.

Not only did we find the cause of the problem, Devon also made a few recommendations on how I might best reduce the cost of the repair, which was much appreciated. He and Micah were fast, friendly and very meticulous, making sure to leave the place as clean as when they arrived.

Really couldn’t have asked more from them. It’s never fun to have work like this performed on an old house but they made it as painless as possible. Much appreciated guys, you did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend using this company.

Pipe Masters was extremely helpful and informative. When I called Arvin was helpful with providing information about their hydro jetting service. I scheduled for them to come two days after calling. Izaiah came out to the house and was nice upon meeting. I showed him the issues inside the house and walked him around the house. After that, he took it from there. He was able to detect the problems, hydro jet the house, and provide video recordings of the pipe within the three hours allotted for the project. At the end he explained the process and his findings. He answered all my questions and assisted with providing recommendations for me moving further.

I had an issue with my sink drain backing up due to improper use of my garbage disposal. Arvin answered my call and quickly got all my information put into the system and scheduled service for the same day. The technician, Manny, was friendly, helpful, and explained what he was doing during the entire process. Manny was able to quickly resolve the issue in my P trap and showed me how to try and unclog garbage disposal drains if they back up in the future. He found some other issues related to the backup that weren't my fault and put them into the report, and gave great advice. Hopefully I won't need to call a plumber again, but if I do, Pipe Masters is at the top of my list. Thank you for such great and amazing service!

I called them as soon as we had a little emergency at one of our properties, and their customer service handled it with urgency and reassurance. They even send out notifications for technicians arriving on site and arrive well within the estimated time frame.

I got to observe the technicians complete the work, and they were very focused and direct with their service. Had a major backup issue and upon inspection found that the main line out from the house had holes and was disintegrating. The guys informed me of my options and were very knowledgeable about the process of installing a new pipe using a hydraulic ram. Gave me a straightforward estimate and honored the contract. The crew was prompt and worked past the 8 hours every day. They handled all the problems that came up during the job. Very professional, efficient and courteous and everyone was on the same page.
