We own an old home and are in the process of bringing it up-to-date. We needed our gas water heater installed ASAP. We tried contacting several companies with no luck. Because this was kind of a last minute job, no one could really fit us into their schedule…until we called Pipe Masters. I started by speaking with Arvin via phone. Up front, it wasn’t a short call. He had several questions and I made sure to answer each one to the best of my “non-plumbing knowing” ability. Thankfully, Arvin was very patient and understanding. He was able to schedule our installation just four days from the day we were speaking. He also went over some standard information and was able to give me an estimate. On the day of the installation I received an email notifying me that Devin of Pipe Masters was on his way. My appointment was at 1:30 and they were pretty much on time. Arvin advised me that the job was going to take about 2 hours. Turned out to be accurate. Devin and Micah were done by about 3:30. Before Devin and Micah began their work, I was informed that there was going to be some issues with the installation. My wife and I weren’t surprised.? Like I mentioned in the beginning, our home is old. The water heater that was being replaced was old and hadn’t been working for almost 7 or 8 years. The connections and piping were old and rusty and had to be replaced, which made the cost of the job higher than what was initially estimated over the phone. Devin explained all of this to us before they began working and gave us the new cost, which we were more than comfortable with. What really made our experience great was that towards the end of the installation, while Micah was making sure everything looked in place and good to go, Devin was able to answer some questions about a potential update/repair we wanted done to our sewer. He took a quick look at the layout of our plumbing and gave us some options of what could be done. I appreciate that he was upfront about the cost and that overall it would be a big job. He even gave some details about what it would take to complete the job. At the end, Devin drew up our invoice and we paid via credit card on the spot. I was emailed a copy of the invoice before they left. The next day Arvin called to follow up on my experience and answer any questions I may have had.

Overall I appreciate the level of professionalism we received. I don’t have a lot of experience working with plumbers, so I can’t really say how the cost of their service compares to others, but I do feel the quality is there.

It is important to note that if you need a new water heater, Pipe Masters can help you shop for one. We purchased our water heater along with some of the connections separate.

Will we go with Pipe Masters for that upcoming big sewer job? It’s tough not to after the great service we got.

George was very helpful, informative and. professional. He was the kind of guy that you felt was being honest and looking out for our best interest. They were very thorough in their inspection and provided us with a video copy of the pipe inspection. Definitely worth the money! Glad we got their opinion rather than going with the first company that I think was trying to play us. The inspection is definitely worth it in the long run.

Called Pipe Masters for an inspection to determine overall condition of our home drain pipes.
Technicians arrived as scheduled and promptly went to work on our kitchen and main drain system. The video inspection and hydrojet cleaning of the drain piping was completed in 3 hours. Technicians were courteous, efficient and very knowledgeable. The video inspection results as well as recommendations to maintain our drain piping were subsequently provided via email.
Would call them again for any piping issues.

Our drains were backing up. Usually I DIY but the blockage was beyond the reach of the equipment I had at hand. When I need to call someone in I am looking for fast and efficient service from a professional who know what they are doing. They were able to have a professional on site within the hour. Manny Garcia was professional and friendly. He had the issue diagnosed and solved efficiently. How fabulous to receive such great service. I will definitely consider Pipe Master should I require a plumber in the future.

Our first experience with Pipe Masters was because of a leak in our yard. Thanks to the crew at Pipe Masters (Manny & assistant Tyler), the source of the leak that made our yard a muddy bog was repaired. They were persistent and thorough in locating the source of the leak and fixing the problem. Because we were pleased with their work, we contacted Pipe Masters again for another repair. Arvin, as usual, was courteous and professional as he listened to my repair request. Communication is top notch; reminders are sent, technician arrival times are sent and follow up calls are done. Technician Izaiah explained the repair process before he began and then he & his assistant Tyler worked efficiently to repair the pipes. They were very courteous and professional. When Izaiah was done, he showed me everything that was done. If we require any other plumbing needs…I will certainly contact Pipe Masters again.

Called Pipe Masters to install a kitchen faucet and diagnose a leak under our sink. Arvin was very helpful in setting up the appointment, even if I was being a little difficult. He was upfront about costs and availability. Jacob, the technician, was professional and installed the faucet without a hitch. He also gave me some tips on my dishwasher. The pricing was reasonable, and I was happy with the service.

Top notch service 12 out of 10 recommend, the extra credit is for their customer service. Arvin and their techs need a bonus! We had 7 shut off valves that needed to be replaced and are in love with our brand new ones. No leaks so far and best of all they have a 1 year warranty. I work from home doing meetings on the hour and I was not able to be there every step of the way. I was able to coordinate with my building security and their amazing technicians to ensure access to the building and my unit. From what I was able to observe they had everything set up and ready to go before the building shut off the water and went to work right after. I was able to communicate with them via text since I was in meetings all day. Super smoothie transaction, easy to pay online, and I cannot say enough about their customer service. I must have called 10 other places before I found them and none of them provided the same attention to client’s needs. Other places made it sound like it was an inconvenience that I was calling. Cast iron sewer line was deteriorated on our 50-year old slab-on-grade house. Line kept on clogging every few months. After scoping the line with a camera, found that some of the connecting joints deteriorated so badly that the clamps connecting the joints collapse into the pipe. Pipe Masters developed a couple of repair options and the one we selected was a combination of: (1) using a fiberglass epoxy sleeve in the main line for about 25'; (2) epoxy coating the 2-1/2" branch lines (bathrooms); and (3) installing a new 4" ABS pipe on the outside of the house. Since the mainline traversed through the middle of the house, a pit had to be dug in the slab in one room to uncover the collapsed area, and a trench had to be dug to the outside wall for the new ABS line connection. After uncovering a section of the pipe, found that the bottom of the mainline was deteriorated so badly that the bottom of the pipe actually rotted out completely. Work took approximately 7-days, and we were totally satisfied with the work performed by Pipe Masters. Great communications regarding when workers would be on site, and workers were diligent and very professional.

After a two-month renovation left debris in our drainage pipe, we had repeated backflow issues. Company X came several times to snake the lines, but the problem kept returning.

Frustrated, we called Pipe Masters. They arrived the next day and fixed everything in under two hours—snaking, using a camera, and flushing the system thoroughly. They also identified the real issue: a rusted 60-year-old main pipe with float pieces of rust and jagged edges that catches debris going down to the main. We decided to remediate the pipes with them.

This company runs a smooth operation. Appointments are confirmed by email, technicians arrive on time, and questions are handled right away. They may not be the cheapest, but their professionalism, skill, and efficiency are worth every dollar.

Originally I wanted to do a renovation in my apartment but that proved a bit expensive and I required a permit to have a tub to shower conversion. I opted to have my shower/tub repaired from damaged caused by me doing a DIY repair. The tub spout diverter had not been working properly thus I attempted to remove it. Apparently the pipe had corroded enough that a slight counter-clock wise twist caused it to break away from the wall.

I contacted Pipe Master and they attempted to squeeze me into their busy schedule. That didn't work out at first, but we managed to find a date for the repair. Props to Pipe Master for giving me text alerts on when they dispatched the plumber. They also gave me a live status update on the plumber's progress to my home.

Once the plumbers arrived at my home, they went straight to work. I had no issues with them doing their work. Heck, I had more issues with management turning on/off the water. Their plumbers did work within the specified time given to me by Pipe Masters. In addition, they did 1st time quality work. They did a great job changing out the shower valve and putting in new pipe for the tub spout. There were no leaks when the manager brought the water back online.

Not much else to say. I appreciate their rep Irvin for helping me schedule my repair, help me with my quote, do my payment, and answered any questions I had.

I will hire this company again whenever I have another plumbing issue.

Pipe Masters is a 10/10. Their communication is immediate and attentive, they return calls promptly. They are ready for last minute emergencies. They are all personable and professional. This is the best plumbing company I have dealt with on the Island and will continue using them exclusively.

John and Austin came down with their 150ft snake and was able to get our plumbing issue figured out! Great service!
