My experience with Roto-rooter plumbing was awesome. I just purchased a new washer, and needed my washing machine valve replaced. My technician’s name was Joseph. Joseph arrived quickly after I placed my appointment request. Since I live in a townhome, I wasn’t sure where my lines were. Joseph took the time to walk with me to find the valves and pipes for my unit. He kindly explained everything in case I ever needed to know in the future. Joseph took the time to evaluate what needed to be done, explained everything to me and gave a good estimate. I was a little skeptical at first, but the job he did was outstanding and earned my trust. Joseph was really professional, kind, and caring. It felt like having my uncle come by to help. I am very satisfied with the high quality work and service he has provided and would unquestionably recommend Roto-rooter in the future.

Change my review 2 days later I still did not get my promised free of charge estimated. When I called to inquire they couldn’t find my account and then they told me they were going to send someone out to do the estimate. What’s going on?

I was happy with the customer service provided by their technician who visited. Although I did not choose them to do the work due to finding another company that would do it for much less, I found my experience with them to be positive.

Great service form these guys on the Windward side of Oahu, They were on-site within an hour, they were courteous and thoughtful about how they approached the problem so as to minimize the muss & fuss. They had it fixed in no time. Thanks!
