Wyatt was amazing, communicative on his arrival. Company itself, charging flat rate prices is a joke. Had a drain snaked, guy maybe at my place for 10-15 min. 5 min of snaking 25ft. $554 for that, I saw the price and signed thinking oh maybe it’s really jacked up or if it’s not a huge issue it’ll be cheaper. Nope just robbing people but that’s what you get for going with a big company. Go with a local company.

Sewer was backing up, with leakage from base of toilet into bathroom. Tech responded within 3 hours of call and ran snake 75 feet to clear problem. 5 days later sewer again backed up with total blockage of sewer. Called again and tech showed up 7 hours later. Again, ran snake 75 feet but blockage persisted, so got another snake machine with 160 foot snake, reran snake to street sewer which cleaned problem. Both techs were courteous and efficiently cleaned up after work. Was not charged for second visit.

The Best! Responsive, expeditious and awesome they have 100-300foot snakes on their truck with them! Super Proffesional and took care of plumbing backup and fix thoroughly.

Service was excellent once the plumber arrived. The call was placed in the AM with a promise of a two hour window, but it took about 7 hours for the plumber to arrive. They claimed extenuating circumstances which was probably justified. They did update me periodically by phone during the wait time.

Johnny is an excellent plumber, who help me with a difficult removal of an old water heater and the installation of a new one. He also helped me with the repair of a leak with my kitchen sink. I am very grateful for his hard work and expertise.

Joel was my tech, great customer service. Fast same day service, completed everything that I needed done and looked out with company discounts on the services done. Very satisfied with job completed.

The technician, Wyatt, was great, and the manager, David, was helpful in arranging for the technician to meet me. The area of dissatisfaction was the interaction with some of the call center and dispatcher personnel. One told me that my description of the issue was incorrect and later disconnected the call. She called back later to inform me that my service request needed to be rescheduled. I rescheduled for a couple of days later, and another representative would not speak after I asked for the status of the job because it was 1 hour and 40 minutes past the time when the technician was supposed to arrive. Although I could hear her typing and clearing her throat, I hung up and called back. This time, although the call was picked up, she did not speak at all. I asked to be transferred to the dispatcher, and again, although I could hear her typing and clearing her throat, she did not speak. I hung up and fortunately reached the manager at another published number for Roto-Rooter. Although I am a longtime customer of Roto-Rooter, I am considering looking for another plumber in the future to save time and avoid this kind of interaction when scheduling service.

When your kitchen sink is backed up and draino just isn't cutting it this is where you need to go
Turns out ours was a problematic one and Jonny ended up having to use over 40 feet of snake and it still took almost an hour so happy with the work but also happy with the worker super nice both polite and friendly

I had a clog in our main water line connected to my bathroom sink, and Roto-Rooter were really the only plumbers that would come out at night. Joseph worked overtime on the clog and managed to clear it out in the pipe between units and let me know what was happening the entire time. I am so grateful that he came out the same night, and that he was so patient and kind. He was upfront with how much it.costs and was willing to write out all the details on the report and let me take photos of the paperwork just in case. Basically the best service anyone can get! Thank you so much to Joseph and all the Roto-Rooter staff that helped facilitate the call for me, and I hope they all get well-deserved recognition from the company for going above-and-beyond! Joseph especially went out of his way to come out at 9:30pm while remaining professional, courteous, and knowledgeable all the way through!

The plumber came within a hour after the request and conscientiously repaired leaking bathroom valves. It’s great to have plumbing issues resolved right away.
Also, I should note, that a different plumber came a few days earlier for a separate issue (to fiix a leaking pipe behind a wall) and again there was expert and meticulous repair.
This type of consistency has been standard over several years, even involving more intense tasks than described above, such as rerouting pipes for kitchen and bathroom renovation and sewer line work.

Joseph was amazing! He came the same day and immediately found the problem and helped clean my kitchen sink. He was so friendly and very informative. I will definitely be using his service if needed in the future and highly recommend.

Tech was great! Super friendly, efficient, and effective. Just cost is always tough.. nearly $600 for an hour.. I mean that's defense attorney money . Other than that all good

Roto Rooter quickly responded and the website was easy to use. Communication was great, everything from the booking of the appointment online to the phone call that said our technician was on his way. Mario was helpful and quick to service us on a Sunday. They even notified us to check their website and app for any applicable discounts. Thank you!
