Davin was prompt and came out to assess the situation. He was professional and up front about the services he thought would be needed, potential hiccups, and cost. No issues with him whatsoever. We paid the consultation fee and went with another company. The estimated cost of services from Allen's was three times what I paid for quality service I received from the other plumber (same services Davin had suggested).

Jesse T. Provided professional and friendly service. He explained everything well before proceeding to work and the outcome was very satisfactory.

He did excellent work and appreciated his expertise.

We were happy to have Bennett and his partner help us again. Always friendly and professional, they got the job done.
Our old house will likely need work in the future… we plan to use Allen’s Plumbing again.

The technician who performed the work in our unit was very courteous & friendly. He explained the process prior to performing the service. He did an excellent job installing , testing to ensure there was no leaks and other issues with the project.

Tech (Tarin) was very nice, however company as a whole is terrible. Price gauging, and they will nickel & dime you on everything. Did repairs and wont put the sink faucet back because "thats a separate work order", so we put it back ourselves, minus the p-trap needing to be put in (we have the part)... quoted $450 for someone to go do that after a 4k bill? P-trap install takes 5 minutes and most companies charge $150 for the install for a brand new part. Oh .. and they broke the drain stopper & thats an extra charge for us, too. Customer service was less than nice until i was transferred. Avoid if you want reasonable normal price.

We had Jesse come to change out the bolts on our toilet. First time using Allen’s Plumbing. He gave us an honest quote and that is what we paid. Nice job and clean up. Will definitely use them again. The dispatcher Kaohu was very pleasant as well. Glad I gave them a call🤗

I needed help and support on my Solar Hot Water system. I did not get fully trained and felt my system was not working correctly. The hot water was not working right.

I called and set an appt and Mike at Allen's Plumbing was very helpful getting me set up.

Justin came by today and was very patient and listened to my questions and took me through the process of diagnosing my issues. After a few checks with the system that took some effort he got the system working right.

It refreshing to have a service tech not get impatient with you and take the time to do it right. He made recommendations on changes, I like every single one of them.

Devin was punctual, professional, CLEAN, and fast. He was upfront about the cost and gave me wost case scenario pricing. He also was honest about how long the job would take in a worst case scenario. Devin completed the job in 15mins and was extremely kind. Devin is a great 1st impression as I was a 1st time customer. Allen Plumbing will be my go to for all my future plumbing needs! Jonah was awesome! Called me when he was there so that I could explain the situation and background of what we were trying to resolve. Jonah called once he was done inspecting and went over everything in details what he discovered. I had informed him that we needed a slight repair and he said no worries he can take care of it at the same time. He gave me a quote which was very reasonable and took care of it. He was very efficient and quick and sent me a detailed report once he was completed with the job. My Seller was very happy. Extremely disappointed, plumbers came on time and installed the new under counter ice maker. Jonah and Jason were very nice and cleaned up very well. The disappointment is from your dispatcher.
After installation was completed I went out to do some shopping and when I returned my bar floor was completely wet and I noticed that there was a flow of water coming from the lower portion of the front door of the ice maker. I called Allen’s Plumbing and was sent to emergency dispatcher where she informed me that there would be a $390.00 dispatch fee for someone to come to my house to fix the leak from the ice maker that was just a few hours prior was installed by their plumbers. I refused the emergency order and the dispatcher was very unreasonable to my concerns. The time was approximately 6:30 - 40pm. Not like it was 2:00am emergency kind. Decided to wait for a 7:30 call back this morning as promised by Allen’s Plumbing Emery Dispatcher. We’ll see how reliable Allen’s Plumbing is through their dispatchers.

We had a great experience with Allens Plumbing. Scheduling online was easy, and the dispatch team kept me informed of schedule changes. Daniel and Davin, our plumbers, worked extremely hard on our emergency, very difficult problem and didn't give up. We really appreciate their hard work. Highly recommend!

We noticed indications of clogged drain pipe on Monday night, 11/24. Called Allens Plumbing on Tue. morning and they managed to get tech to me in late afternoon. He confirmed a drain issue and removed the master toilet to run a snake from there. He managed to get the flow going and also checked the pipe with a camera. Show me a section in the pipe water was still present, which indicated that section was not straight and had dip. This would be an expensive repair if we decided to get it done. In the meantime we will occasionally run some extra water through the drain to try and keep that section clear of debris (like toilet paper). We could have run the snake from a shower stall drain but I wanted the wax ring seal on the toilet replaced anyway.

Our tech, Jesse, was very courteous. He did the work very efficiently and explained everything clearly and completely. He kept everything nice and clean. You could not tell any such work had occurred in the bathroom. I was very satisfied with the service and it was well worth the money spent. I will use Allens Plumbing again if the need arises and recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done.

Great work by plumber Bennett. Bennett arrived on time and did a great job in a timely manner. I learned a few things watching him work and he gave me some advice to keep my drain clean and clear on a daily basis. Highly recommend using Allen’s Plumbing.

Technician - Karl R. - did an outstanding job. Arrived on time, was extremely competent and professional. Karl explained his plan and kept me informed of the progress. He was very thorough and I was very satisfied. He was very good and would love to have him on any of my jobs again.

Allen's plumbing was great. They accommodated my plumbing needs with no hesitation and on short notice. We are doing a kitchen renovation and run into a plumbing issue.
