I called 535 Plumbing LLC for a drain problem. I liked that I could actually speak with someone right away. Victoria was very responsive and sent Keaupuni and Jaron out within an hour or so of my call. Outstanding response.
Puni checked everything out but found no problem. Our condominium building is old and the drain waste vent system is about to be replaced. But he was very thorough, moving out our washer dryer and snaked the drain lines. Turns out everything was ok.
I needed that peace of mind as leaks in a condomium apartment can be catastrophic and costly.
I really appreciate 535 Plumbing LLC, their staff and technicians.

535 Plumbing was very responsive and good at communication. I called them because my gas water heater went out. The receptionist was able to get a technician in the same day (Monday). After determining the old water heater is no good, they were able to install a brand new one the same day!

Quick, professional, and courteous service. Gabe and Ridge fixed my leaking toilet within a few hours and went above and beyond to clearly explain the issue and what repairs I may need to consider in the near future. Both were friendly and easy to talk to—highly recommended.

My kitchen sink drain was clogged. I called 535 and they came out right away. Johnny and Isiah did a very efficient job. They cleared the clog to the sink and the line running from the dishwasher to the sink. After reconnecting, they checked for leaks. They were very good and thorough. 535 is now my "go to" plumber.

This was the 2nd time that I used 535 Plumbing. I am very impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. On this last job, I had a clogged kitchen sink. I submitted a job order online thinking that the company was closed on Sunday. I expected that someone would call me on Monday. No less than 5 minutes later, I received a call from customer service. She assigned Johnny to come to my condo between 10am and 12pm. However soon after, Johnny called me to say that he would arrive in 10 minutes, He was at my condo at about 9:15 am.

While I am watching Johnny work and listened to him proactively explain the root cause of my problem and action he took to reduce a reoccurrence, I could see how much he loved his work and helping his customers.

I don't know what 535 Plumbing's hiring selection criteria is, but from my experiences with the company, their people seem to have a passion for the work they perform and enjoy helping people. The company also has systems in place to make it convenient for customers to do business with them.

535 did a fantastic job for me, special shout out to Johnny and Jourdan! I reported to them two separate problems: 1) A toilet tank was filling very slooowly, and 2) the adjacent sink was draining even slower. After diagnosing the problems they first set about rebuilding the toilet tank. They completely removed the tank, cleaned it (!) and replaced it with a new seal, valve, filler, and even adjusted the chain so the handle is easier to push. After testing thoroughly, they tackled the clogged drain - which I had lived with for well over 10 years - by first removing the P valve, and then using their 25’ long mechanical snake to remove gobs of thick black gunk from the pipe. They reassembled everything and tested for good drainage and no leaks. When they told me they were done, they walked me through each step of the repairs that were made before reviewing the charges with me. That’s when Johnny noticed that a “Senior Discount” wasn’t applied, so he made that final fix to my bill and left me a happy customer. Got a plumbing problem? Just cal 535 Plumbing to get it taken care of! They’re the best!

Shane and crew have been my go to plumbers for a long time from fixing leaks to replacing toilets, faucets and fixtures along with solar heater needs. Just replaced a faucet for my utility sink area. Shane the owner personally made sure that my exact needs were met. On scheduled day a wrong fixture was brought. Shane quickly corrected the miscommunication. Techs were very professional with the installation. They even applied a senior discount without me even asking. This local company does not even pass the surcharge for using a credit card. Truly a fantastic local company.

Johnny and Ayden were great! They arrived, removed and installed a new garbage disposal in less than an hour! Very friendly and professional. Appreciate the great work guys!

Great work on our toddler bathroom sink! Nice and friendly and very communicative with what was going to happen. Johnny and Ata were quick and efficient. Definitely will call them again!!!!

Johnny and Daniel arrived a couple of hours after the hose connectors ruptured in my bathroom. They explained that they needed to replace the whole kit as everything was one piece, and they quickly purchased and then installed a new one for me. 535 is not the cheapest plumbing company, but we've never had anything they've done need to be corrected ... unlike several other companies we've used.

A note for women reading my review: it can be anxiety inducing having two men you don't know coming into your home. THIS is the company to use to feel safe and to not feel ripped off. Prices and explanations are clear (and never patronizing) and I loved the text messages that came through before these gentlemen arrived. Seriously, a get to know me text arrived, complete with pictures of who would be coming, and there was very clear communication about their ETA. Johnny and Daniel themselves are kind and knowledgeable, and it was not only an efficient visit but a comfortable one too.

Johnny and Adrian were prompt/on time for appointment and quickly/effiiciently finished the job in a professional way, with Johnny's in depth experience. Adrian was younger but very friendly and explained everything clearly. Very satisfied with the work done.

Gabe’s communication was great from the start. He called to give me an eta and when he and Ridge arrived he identified the problem immediately. He communicated up front what the price would be and he came prepared with the part that was needed. Once all that was fixed he and Ridge went out of their way to look at other issues and questions I had about scoping and lining for our old pipes. Basically super nice guys who knew what they were doing. Would use Gabe again without hesitation for any pluming needs.

My electric water heater was leaking and 535 Plumbing came to the rescue. At the same time, they also replaced my broken garbage disposal. My apartment almost feels new! Johnny and Ata were a friendly and patient team, and most importantly they did high quality work. A big mahalo to them and to 535 for sorting out my issues within a few days.

Johny and Aedin did a great job in installing my new gas range. Bought it from Home Depot and needed a plumber to install it. Since it’s a gas, Home Depot don’t install them. Johny and Aeden had to find a way to connect from the gas pipe line (natural gas) in order for my new range to work. I appreciate their effort to set up and get the job done! I badly need it because I have 2 kids waiting for me to cook their food! Aloha and thank you for your help!

Previously the sewer line backed up and sewage came out of my downstairs toilet and flooded hardwood floors. Had Steve's Plumbing clear the line, and after inspecting the line they told me the entire line had to be dug up and replaced. Steve's Plumbing performed many man-hours of work at no charge. A couple of weeks later the sewer line backed up again, although we were very careful to not flush too much toilet paper. Called 535 Plumbing to clear the line and to get another opinion/estimate on repair. I was hoping lining the pipe would solve the problem. 535 cleared the line and inspected the entire line to determine why there was a back up. 535 felt the entire line will probably not have to be dug up and replaced because water/sewage was pooling in a relatively small portion of the line. 535 explained why lining the pipe would not solve the problem. 535 marked off and showed me the area where there was pooling. Did not get an estimate from 535 yet on the repair but it should be much lower and have much less risk than digging up the entire line. I would have used Steve's Plumbing again but wanted to get another estimate to repair the line from a company that installs linings. I was satisfied with the service I received from 535, and the serviceman was very knowledgable and patient however Steve's Plumbing cleared the line at no cost whereas I paid $1077 for essentially the same service from 535. I rate the service 5 Star but rate the cost 2 Star especially compared to Steve's Plumbing.

I am so grateful I decided to go with 535 Plumbing to conduct a leak inspection in our bathroom after noticing water under our floors. Gabe and Ridge were very efficient, thorough, and friendly throughout the inspection. They were able to identify and fix the leak promptly. I absolutely recommend calling 535 Plumbing for your plumbing needs!

Easy to work with. Getting the original estimate to repair a sewer cleanout took about a week, but after that, 535 Plumbing was very responsive in answering questions and scheduling work. I appreciated the text/email reminders about my appointment, and the technician, Johnny, was awesome. Very friendly and diligent. He called ahead with his ETA, arrived promptly, and worked hard digging around to investigate the problem and then replace the cleanout. He answered all my questions, offered suggestions, explained things thoroughly, and made everything look nice after.

Ayden & Johnny from 535 Plumbing LLC were very professional, honest and helpful on detected my leak from bathroom to kitchen. Highly recommend this company. Will be using them for future service through the Aloha Memebership.

Needed emergency repairs to a newly formed leak. My real estate agent recommended 535 plumbing and I couldn’t be any happier that I did. Gabe and Ridge did an amazing job. They were able to track down the leak and offered recommendations on how to repair the pipe with different pricing options. They both were fast and friendly. Would definitely use 535 plumbing again.

Johnny & Daniel showed up on time, and quickly and efficiently installed my shower head in my bathroom. They were helpful in explaining to me how to operate and also made sure the hot water was working before they left. They also took all the trash with them. Thanks guys!!

Adding in a second quick review - another great experience with 535 Plumbing! I noticed a small leak in my kitchen with my washing machine on 10/16/25. I called and they came out the very next morning to fix and replace. So thankful for John and Sam doing such a great job and doing quickly after my request. Water problems can be stressful, but less so with responsive help from 535!!

I had the pleasure to work with the experienced team member, Puni and hard-working Jaron. They worked well to ensure my condo repiping was done professionally. They were patient with me and answered the questions about the scope of work. Puni was very vigilant and was able to leave property with Jaron with the confidence of their work. I am thankful for Puni and Jaron's hard work and time. I also received great communication during the coordination for the scheduled work from Rina, Pamela, and Keao, the 535 team.
