I called john just for some advice on a clog and even though i wasnt paying for any services, he was nice enough to lend me some. He will be the first plumber i will call in the future.

As a female home repair can be intimidating but John did not go over my head excellent job with amazing prices... also gave me recommendations.... would i recommend or use John....ABSOLUTELY!!!

I will never use low cost drain again for my home. Had a clog and used them to clear it but in 2 days it backed up. No one ever called me back so I called a different company!!!! Shame on you low cost

When we first got on island and got our home we contacted John who was able to respond pretty quickly with not only quality help, but tips to prevent further issues. We recently had an issue that no one in our home could figure out an issue with our faucet and John was able to come within the day to fix it. Pricing is always fair. I wouldn't go to anyone else on island for plumbing issues.

I don't think you can find a better plumber than John. He solved an issue that we've been having for over 2 years, and even caught some that went unnoticed. I appreciate how he's able to explain his thought process as he goes through solving your issue(s). There are no tricks, no gimmicks, and no BS. He's invested into solving the issue just as much as you are, and is willing to put in the time and effort. We'll definitely be calling him for our plumbing needs.

JOHN IS A SUPERSTAR! He is extremely professional, very reliable and has a great, easy going, courteous personality. He took time to carefully explain what the problem was and to assure me of the fix, (problem: a leak due to a faulty coupling.) His price was reasonable, far less than the quote I had gotten from another company -- who treated me very poorly. If ever I need plumbing services again, I will call Low Cost Drain and Plumbing first and foremost. Thank you, John!

John was great to work with. He returned my call right away and came by that evening to give me an estimate. The job was to replace my old cracking cast-iron drains; it was not yet leaking so it was not an emergency job. He was very easy to work with and very informative. He explained in detail everything that needed to be done and made sure that I understood. He also gave some options on how I could proceed with the whole job at once or if I wanted to do it in phases. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and clear in his explanations.

The price for his work was significantly less than the competition. I will definitely call John for future plumbing needs.
