Our toilet drains at the office seemed to be beyond repair and we never got any good news from various plumbers. When we found Pineapple Plumbing, they just came, inspected the drains.

Best company when it comes to water heater replacement and other plumbing matters. I can confirm that this is a company that takes care of its customers in the best way possible and the satisfaction of the client is a priority.

We had Pineapple Plumbing come out and clean a few drains for us in Waikiki. They were on time and friendly. 5 stars!

Harry (the very gracious owner) dispatched Osha and Alysa to our condo in less than an hour to fix a drainage problem. It was a complicated job because the drain flows from the kitchen sink, bathroom sink, and washer into a main line. They fixed the problem in less than 45 minutes in a very professional, courteous, and teamwork manner. We were so pleased and impressed by their knowledge and workmanship.
We had the same problem last year and it took one of those "rotor" named companies three trips to fix over the course of a full, painful week and cost us 3x as much. Our resident manager (who is very discerning about plumbers for good reason) was so happy that he asked for their business card. That alone was a 5 star compliment.
Honestly, we couldn't be happier with our experience and Kama Hele will be our go-to plumber forever, especially Osha and Alysa. Mahalo to both of them!

I have a rental in Honolulu and needed a plumber for an emergency water leak. They came out promptly to fix the issue. Really nice technicians. no complaints, really good job!

Very prompt and thorough. Fixed a nasty drain clog. Have used this company several times and have been very satisfied.

Called the shop at closing; the staff told me they'd keep the store open while I drove in from Manoa. They kept the store open for about 30 minutes, set me up with what I needed, and put me on my way. Great service.

These guys are great! I love their Wolverine Brass faucets. I have them in my kitchen and bathroom. 100 year warranty, can't go wrong.

I was refused service right after I requested it! Not even asked what I need, as soon as they heard question about LIC. Answer was NO WE CAN'T HELP YOU TOO BUSY!!

My son"s bathroom was leaking in to my garage. Diamond Head Plumbing was able to come the next day. WARREN WAS THE NICE PROFESSIONAL THAT CAME. He fixed it and asked anything else you need help with? so I had him do a few things in my bathroom. (replace the drains). He never charged his time for going back to the shop to pick up the toilet. Got invoice in the mail and is was less then I expected. Hats off to DHP.

Do not use this company! They will rip you off- they charged our building $20,000 for a toilet leak. RIP OFF- STAY AWAY!!

Received 3 quotes on establishing a washer & dryer in my garage & installation of 2 disposals that company supplied. Diamond Head $5,000, Company B $1,900, Company C $2,100.
They are extremely overpriced.

From the Dispatcher to the Plumber who came on site, Diamond Head was professional, courteous and did a great job. Plus, it was an emergency! They took care of things within just a few hours.
