Don't use this store
if you don't want to be scammed for your money.
I went to buy a shower Delta Faucet Spool part a few days ago
and the salesperson told me the price of one part is $164...!!!
I told him the price is too high and the salesperson sarcastically told me to go
if I didn't want to buy it, but since I need a part,
I didn't think the person would cheat on me,
so I bought it and replaced the part.
The problem is...
just in case,
the price I checked on Amazon on the Internet is about $66...
For a moment,
I was so dumbfounded by the thought of being deceived.
And after I paid for it,
I can't forget what the salesperson said...!
No return!!!
Now I know why he said no.... lol
Please don't make silly mistakes like me and
buy at an honest store at the right price...!!!

Awesome! They were so patient and helpful. They walked me through my kitchen sink repair. No more 'water termites,' and my kitchen sink/drain works again! I'll be back any time I need plumbing things. (Great prices, too.)

I have a dinosaur shower head that leaks. I took it off and went to Home Depot to find the replacement part. No luck!

I went to Amazon to look to this Classic/Collectible shower head part. Again, No Luck!

I then went to Ferguson Plumbing Supply to find this part. The salesman looked at it and said I have not seen it before🤣 he then took it to show it to his senior salesman. The older salesman said they don’t sale collectible plumbing part🤣the younger salesman told me to go to Plumbing Part and Supply Corporation. This shop may have it.

As I entered Plumbing Part and Supply Corporation door, a salesman looked at me and asked ‘how many do you need?’ I was dumb founded and was thinking Is he talking to me or to another customer who was standing at the counter. I did not know what to say. He then looked at me and asked again ‘how many do you need?’ I then hold up the collectible part that I have in a grocery white plastic bag and asked him ‘this part?’. He said ‘yes’! That was freaking scary!!!! I did not show him the plumbing part that I need and the plumbing part was in a white grocery bag.

As I walked into the door, he saw the plumbing part in the white bag that I was carrying!!! How???

Once I made the purchase, I asked him how to install it correctly. He gave me the instructions how to do it!!

They had on the shelf, a hard to find old Elgin shower valve cartridge. The salesman at the counter hardly even saw me get the used part out to show him and he knew right away what I was looking for - he knew his stuff!

It makes me frustrated to see bad reviews. This is just my opinion, but I think the people with poor reviews often do not understand the big picture and how this works.

Since I'm a contractor on the mainland I see this place is primarily for professionals. I'm pretty sure they aren't trying to or care to be one of the big box stores. It's just not their main focus.

They also probably aren't set up for returns or dealing with open packages or complaints.

Their retail prices cannot be compared to online stores - a plumber may get a better price so they can mark it up to pay for their expenses. But they also know what they need then do their job, and they also cannot afford to spend time doing lots of returns.

The people there are very knowledgeable, but they are not a DIY place trying to teach you how to save money.

How much are you truly saving if you need to maybe take off days from work, get the parts, possibly buy tools/supplies and return things? Not to mention that you may not have water during this time.

My situation was a little different I had limited time to get my repair done so I couldn't order something and wait for it to arrive. The price was the price and it was still a reasonable value, but even if I found it cheaper elsewhere, how does that help me if I don't have it in my hands?

So lucky I had help from some locals (at a competitor) to guide me to PP&S and they saved me.

I had a great experience with Pacific Plumbing. I called Ashley over the weekend, and she got back to me right away on Monday and helped set everything up while working with my schedule. Communication was solid throughout the process, and Ashley was very friendly.

Josh and Jon came out and efficiently replaced two old leaking faucets that I had supplied. They did excellent work and were professional, friendly, and good communicators. They clearly take pride in their workmanship. They also cleaned everything up well and tested everything to make sure it was working properly before leaving.

Glad to support a professional local company with solid talent. I’ll definitely be using their services again.

Tech Brian was very professional and efficient. He can to my house and quickly accessed what needed to be done and shared some good options for me to choose from for the kitchen faucet replacement. I don’t normally do online reviews, but Warren Lawrence and Kyle Fujioka were so great with my recent plumbing emergency that they deserve public praise. I always call Waialae Plumbing as they are veterans at fixing issues at Hale Kaheka. When we found out that our washer shutoff valve needed replacing, Sarah, very knowledgeable about procedures at our condo, deftly scheduled a team to be here first thing on the day of our building’s scheduled 2-hour water shutoff day. Over the years I have had different teams answer the call, but this time I was extra grateful to have Warren and Kyle here to help assuage my husband’s concerns over the cost of the repair (which field techs do not set). They presented two options, and I of course wanted the more repair-labor-intensive (and therefore more expensive) but ultimately more user-friendly option (you get what you pay for). They offered everything they could to mediate our disagreement including replacing the p-trap for no additional charge (more on that later), and Warren assured my husband that they would do a good job. They were good-natured and had empathy and patience. After our debate had cut into the 2-hr shutoff window, they had to bust their “da-kines” to get all the cutting, welding, finessing done in 90 minutes before the water came back on at 11:00. We called building management to ask for a little more time and were told that other plumbers in other units would be waiting on us to have the water back on to check their own work, so Warren had to really put the “pedal to the metal”—and they were done by 11:04.
As for the laundry drain P-trap—Thank Goodness they replaced it! Over the years the laundry residue had clogged 2/3 of the pipe and it would have caused flooding in the near future!

Warren and partner cl did an excellent job on the wash tray. They were efficient and kept everything clean. Warren explained to me his tasks. Keep them at Waialae Plumbing. So efficient with good customer service skills.

We requested a plumber to change out a valve behind our refrigerator and install a new garbage disposal. Waialae Plumbing returned our phone call immediately and sent Cael to our house within a few short hours. A true professional, Cael listened carefully as we shared our plumbing issues and then he clearly articulated his plan of action. Cael completed the valve change without issue. He then worked diligently to remove our old stubborn garbage disposal and installed the new one. He tested it a few times and then he called me over to observe as he tested it once again. I appreciated the time he took to document every part of the job not only in writing on the final invoice he sent but also through the images he took.

I will definitely be calling Waialae Plumbing for all future plumbing needs. Mahalo e Cael on a job well done!

Once again Waialae Plumbing has come through with excellent service at a good price. We had our toilet replaced with a bidet and washlet. The technician was very knowledgeable about which products were supported locally and worked quickly with our schedule to get it installed.

Today, Mr Warren Lawrence from Waialae Plumbing came to our home to fix our leaking toilet. He diagnosed the problem and had the problem fixed within forty five minutes. He was very personable and my husband and I were impressed with his “can do” attitude. We would recommend Mr Lawrence anytime

Daniel was great explaining details of what he is working on, what needs to be done and what he did to solve the issue we had. We did not have to be concern about on why taking long or why some unexpected work needed to be done because he was very clear and tried his best to explain the issue. We still need some work to be done and asked to have him work on our issues again.

I hired Waialae Plumbing replace an old garbage disposal with a new garbage disposal and to snake my main drain. I lucked out and had a $50 off special for the month and they were able to come out and see me within 4 hours of my phone call. Patrick Dowd arrived on time and I received a text message with his picture on it showing me who he was and to expect him within 15 minutes of his arrival. He was very kind and thorough and we had great conversation while he fixed my sink. All went really well and I am very pleased and satisfied with this company..

Once again, outstanding service. Nate returned promptly, as promised, to complete the work that necessitated a return visit. Communicated the 'why' of the work to be completed and recommendations to maintain a good working system moving forward. Best Plumber/servicing/repair experience in Hawaii

Nate installed a new toilet for me. I had experienced some flooding due to issues in the unit above mine and called on Waialae to assess the damage. Nate immediately set my mind at ease with his quiet confidence and knowledge. He was very reliable, showing up on time and working quickly & efficiently. He explained everything he was doing to my satisfaction and I recommend him and his company highly. I will not hesitate to use them again for my plumbing needs.
