Visiting in-laws from out of town. Had to fix some plumbing that a local plumber messed up. Only place on the island with the part I needed
-
Excellent staff -Martin took care of us in a professional and knowledgeable manner. Will be returning for future needs!!
-
These guys know more about commercial plumbing than most salespeople. Good local guys. Not for residential plumbing.
-
Been doing business with these guys since the late 80’s. They go back before American became Standard

Was looking for an antique plumbing part and went to several places but none was found. But then was told to go to these plumbing suppliers and BINGO! They had that antique shower valves and the associated parts to go with it!! Awesome...

Went to find a part with only a picture taken of the installed old one. One minute later the gentleman identified the part I needed by part number!! Had an incredible discussion on pros and cons of different manufacturers and cost vs repairability. I am really impressed and fortunate to find this professional, friendly and helpful company

Suggest calling before coming as sometimes they close unexpectedly.

After being told from another store that my part was obsolete and impossible to find. Took a shot and came into this company. Was instantly greeted and helped. The two gentlemen behind the counter instantly knew the part I needed. One person went to the back to retrieve the part. The other one started cleaning up my old part to marry with the new one. Best experience I've had anywhere on island for plumbing. Will be doing all of my business here from now on. Fyi I know nothing about plumbing, just trying to fix things on my own

My new-ish kitchen faucet had a leak in the hose (one of those pull-down nozzles). I searched City Mill and Home Depot for a replacement and neither stores carry them. Also, i found that the "universal" hose from Home Depot is not universal at all. They were kind enough to suggest a place called Ferguson but when I looked on Yelp and checked out the reviews for Plumbing Parts & Supply Corp, Yelpers really gave this place high praise so I called them instead.
Curtis provided excellent customer service over the phone, and in-person. I was able to email him a photo of the part I needed and he let me know it looked like what he had in stock. Since there was only one left - and someone else was also asking for it - he let me pay for it over the phone so that I could pick it up the next day.
When I went to pick up the hose, I bought the broken one with me and yup! it was a perfect match.
Thank you Plumbing Parts and Supply! -
Went in with a question and even had existing shower cartridge with me- young local guy black scuba shirt shut the questions down and rushed me out the door. Unfriendly, unproffessional, and unwilling to help. Thats too bad i have heard great things about this place. Maybe better luck next time. To the managers, guys like that in the front will really slim out the clients over time.

Terrible customer service due to hostile attitude of employee (presumably the owner due to his arrogance and old age). The poor experience started with my call to the store to get some clarification as to the store's exact location, as it was not easy to find from the street. The person I spoke with was a bit short with me and was clearly frustrated at having to provide this assistance. When my wife and I entered the store, a man waved us over to the counter. It was immediately clear that this was likely the same person I spoke with on the phone as he walked up to the counter without saying anything and stared at me waiting for me to start the conversation. As I tried to explained to him the current configuration of our tub faucet, he continued to insist that my explanation was inadequate. I even took pictures and showed him what we were working with (which was enough for the Lowes employee to understand), but he kept incoherently rambling on about how there must be more than what I am showing him. When he angrily told me "I don't even know how to get to first base with you," I told him we would take our business elsewhere and that he had a bad attitude.
I am clearly not a plumbing expert. I took a photo of the internals of my tub faucet to show my current setup (to the maximum extent possible without breaking tile), hoping that a professional could provide a bit of guidance. That clearly did not happen. Even if I am not the desired clientele, I would still expect a basic level of decency in how the employees/owner interact with potential customers.
If, in fact, the person I spoke with was the owner and is reading this, I would suggest you check your attitude/your mental health for the sake of your business. -
I needed to find a replacement shower valve cartridge. Luckily they had 2. I went over within 20 minutes. The owner, older gentlemen greeted me and was really nice. But another, shorter and skinner gentlemen came to me with what I had asked for. He wasn’t rude but said that I wouldn’t be able to fit what I was looking to fit over the one I was looking to buy because he said it “would look used” if I didn’t buy it. The cartridge was $158/Cartridge. Seemed over priced but I really had no other choice. He brought the reciept over but before I paid, I went outside to call Ferguson’s down the road. They also had 2 and was half the price at $88/cartridge. I don’t need people to be nice to me so that’s not why I’m writing this review. I understand you have to run a business but to charge nearly 2x what other people are charging because you know they have little other choice is predatory in my opinion.
I would just suggest you call around before you go here. I would have ended up paying over $300 for two small shower cartridges had I not called Ferguson’s. -
I've used this place for over 30 years. I rely on their judgment and they've always given me excellent advice. I am in the process of replacing my garbage disposal unit and I wanted advice on what pieces of pipes, fittings I would need. I showed them a picture of my current disposal and a sheet of the new disposal's specs. I was willing to purchase whatever they said I needed even if the total expense was high. Earlier I had been to another hardware store and priced out plumbing parts and the total was close to $100 dollars. I figured I really needed someone who would know what to do in my situation. The person at Plumbing Parts looked at my current hardware and told me I didn't need new pipes, but just needed new fittings. Total cost of supplies? $25!!! Wow. This is definitely the go to place for my plumbing supplies. Another example : A long time ago I needed an unusual fitting. He didn't have what I needed but pointed me to a specific hardware store that did. ( I had previously gone to several places and couldn't find this fitting)
