Waialae Plumbing shines through again. They were able to accommodate a quick turnaround. Their communication is next level. From the scheduling and arrival and through the end of the job, they are consummate professionals that are efficient and among the best in their industry. Danny was the tech I worked with today, and he was excellent.

Waialae has been our dependable plumbing solution. Today, we had the opportunity to work with Warren Lawrence. He came by, quickly looked over our valves and determined straight away why our spigots weren’t working. Great person, amicable and with a wonderful sense of humor. We will continue to use his and Waialae services for sure!

Warren was very knowledgeable and explained everything he did in detail. He also showed all of the problem areas that he suggested and asked if I felt it needed to be changed. He was so pleasant and always addressed me by my name. We had the greatest service and a job well done. We will recommend your company to anyone looking for a plumber. Thank you.

Highly recommended for all house issue. They also have constitution department also according to them, so we will try to make new kitchen.

Nate and Efren were awesome. Waialae Plumbing had excellent communication and were able to schedule my repair very quickly. Nate was able to answer all of my questions no problem and really addressed all of my concerns. Nate and Efren both ran a similar job and were able to quickly identify the problem and come up with the best long term solution for my unit. Just had Warren and Tyler from Waialae Plumbing and Construction install 2 single hole faucets in our Master Bath. Both of them had it done in a timely fashion. If you want great products and efficient work, these guys are top notch!
Now, I have to return the ones I bought for the job! Wife is happy and so am I.

Warren @ Joseph went over and beyond my expectations! I asked for some basic work to be done and they made suggestions that gave me an even better outcome. They solved some impossible problems that I didn’t believe could be fixed. This company was going to charge me $1500 + $203 for a 3 hour job because they charge by the task, plus initial dispatch . The next company finished the job by the hour ( 3 hours) costing $366 only. What a huge difference!!!

I had a disappointing experience with Waialae plumbing. I called them to address a water leak behind my washing machine that had soaked the exterior of my apartment. The leak had gone through the walls and into the common area outside. They sent a plumber who was professional, but the service left much to be desired.

The initial quote was around $314 to finish the job. The plumber spent an hour attempting to unclog it but could only go 5 feet into the pipe before met resistance. After attempting an hour, they stopped. The snake did not have a camera neither. They informed me that they were unable to resolve the issue, the next step was $470 to open the wall, and then another TBD estimate once they inspect, possibly a $1500 job. Despite the lack of results or diagnosis, they were initially going to charge me around $228 for this job, but ended up charging me $203 after asking for multiple discounts just for the failed attempt. Their cost is $66 for diagnosis initially per phone call.

They said I won’t find another plumber with a smaller snake that wont yield same results. Feeling frustrated, I contacted another plumbing company. They arrived promptly, identified the problem (a blockage much farther down the pipe 20 ft + is where the blockage was), and were fully equipped to cut open the wall, access the pipe, and repair it. They completed the entire job in under three hours and charged $122 per hour—far less than what Waialae Company charged for an unsuccessful attempt.

I also reached out to Waialae Company’s manager to express my concerns about being overcharged for a failed service. Unfortunately, their response was dismissive, even calling my feedback “ludicrous.” When i brought up the plumbers only were able to snake 5 ft, the manager said the second plumber was able to finish the job because they dislodged the clog for them. Not true. Because at first insert of the snake, it already went past 10ft without any water running since the flood.

Both the building manager and the second plumber, building engineer, front desk all, multiple neighbor agreed that $203 for a failed attempt with no diagnosis or resolution was excessive.

Overall, I cannot recommend Waialae Company based on my experience. While the plumber they sent was courteous, the service lacked effectiveness, proper tools, and fair pricing. I regret spending money on a service that yielded no results.

I guess they’re losing service to this building now since my building manager cannot recommend them. Words do travel fast in big condos.

In response to their response from the manager he lied. $203 is not a 50% discount from $314 that was quoted to finish the job. There was NO result and NO final diagnosis. so stop acting like they did me a huge favor for giving me a discount. It was a complete waste of time and money and secondly, the plumber did NOT advise there was no camera in the beginning. He said the first thing to do is to snake. Being a lay person who never dealt with plumbing, I didn't know without a camera you cannot understand the full obstruction. Hindsight looking back their tools were not comprehensive. If they had a camera, they would've known at 5ft wasn't the true obstruction, therefore the hour spent snaking was just a pure waste of time. Understanding now after opening the wall, their tiny snake was just stuck nowhere near the actual obstruction.

When I called to another company, they were going to come with a camera right away and tell me where the obstruction was. Now that is worth a $66 diagnostic fee.
Even the building staff said " wow they got you good for $203 on just snaking for 5 ft for an hour and didn't even have a camera". So there you have it. Go look for a company that can finish the job per hour, because a job like this should take 1-3 hours of charge, not $1500. SCAM prices!

We had a leak coming from our toilet and at first, thought the toilet was not properly sealed. We called Waialae Plumbing and Danny stopped by to take a look at the problem. It turned out one of the valves in the toilet was not working properly and the toilet needed to be replaced entirely. He offered to pick up a new toilet for us and then come back in 2 days install it. Danny arrived on time and even provided us with advanced notice that he'd be here in 15 minutes. He removed the old toilet and installed the new toilet in less than an hour. He even brought cleaning supplies to clean the floor under the toilet before putting the new one on top. Besides being on time and cleaning up, Danny was such a cheerful person who could brighten up anyone's Monday!

Nate and Kyle are awesome, they fixed my water heater and now I finally have hot water!!! Haven't had hot water for two weeks, so this is just wonderful! Other plumbers gave me the run around and wasted my time and could not come out, but Waialae Plumbing showed up with a smile! I appreciated Nate and Kyle's professionalism and calm demeanor, even when I gave them rash!!! This says a lot about these two young men and the company they work for! Will always call Nate and Kyle for any of my plumbing needs in the future and will let all my family and friends to use Waialae Plumbing and ask for Nate and Kyle!
Also, Anae, and sorry if I spelled your name wrong, but you were awesome too, in taking my call and helping me with kindness and care, sending me the best plumbers in town!!!

From start to finish the technicians at Waialae Plumbing
were timely and professional. Within hours of speaking with their efficient and friendly receptionist, Nate came for an assessment, ordered the parts needed to fix my gas leak. . Next morning Warren and Cael came, fixed base attachments and 18ft lengths of pipes. I really appreciate the fixed price they gave me upfront- no surprises for more hours and extra set of hands!
I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs!!

Warren came out and serviced us. He did an exceptional job and he gave us some pointers so that we can maintain our pipes that connect to the bathroom sink. We definitely will recommend Waialae Plumbing to others.

Brian Thompson assessed my 2 toilets & made recommendations with options. Was able to fix one toilet on the spot, the other toilet will be replaced next week as it is on order. He also checked on my water heater & will make a recommendation when he returns. He was very professional & knowledgeable.

Warren is a lifesaver! I had a frantic moment when my kitchen sink backed up just before Christmas, but Warren came to the rescue. He arrived quickly, was courteous and professional, and provided top-notch service. Highly recommend!

As luck would have it, we found a different leak, this time with a guest shower fixture. We had a great experience with Waialae Plumbing, so we called again to have this looked at. The initial call was scheduled quickly for an estimate. Plumber Brian was so knowledgeable and professional! Turns out we had older fixtures/plumbing with no repair parts available. He explained the situation fully and made a return appointment. Plumbing needed to be replaced within the shower as well as a new fixture. Brian did a wonderful job! The shower works now as it should and it looks great! Our doggo also gives him a ‘paws up’ for being friendly and letting her help him 🐶. Thank you Brian!

Everyone at Waialae Plumbing deserves recognition for great service! From calling the first time, the agent was knowledgeable and friendly. The dispatcher was efficient and had great follow up. Warren the technician was courteous, thorough, and efficient. I would highly recommend.

It was a real pleasure working with Kyle and the Waialae Plumbing team. Not only were they expertly knowledgeable, but really took the extra time and effort to explain the situation and different options for my folks, who are older in age.

I live on the mainland but have been wanting to replace my mother's toilet for years. I didn't think I'd have time to get it done this trip but I gave Waialae Plumbing a call and they sent Warren and Joseph out the next day. They did a great job and cleaned everything up. Very happy I was finally able to get it done - thanks so much!
