Not friendly or helpful. I went up to a guy and asked kindly for help and he was super condescending and didn’t even try to help me

Definitely took a long time to get to the gallery. To see it is closed, and I had to make my way to this location. Only to be turned away after roughly 10 seconds of help. Plumbers and home supply stores recommended this location. They didn't try very hard to help me out, only telling what I had to bring like a picture of the cartidge (which I said isn't easy, since I am a renter and the unit is rather old.) It was a very "put their foot down" answer, with a "I can't help you" attitude, like I was serving them or visiting the DMV. Much appreciated during such a rough year, and hard times. Mahalo for your help and informatiob, Ferguson.

Good place to get plumbing supplies that are hard to get (which in my case Homedepot didn't have in stock). Customer service was spotty, though. The (overweight) gentleman who helped me didn't seem all that interested in getting my business all that much. Will probably have to come back though (because they have what I need :( ... hopefully next time a different staff member would be better.

I was doing a plumbing job for someone else, we were sold a gas line for a water line and told it would work, I knew the difference between them but the person I was helping didn't and didn't take my advice. Bottom line it costed him 51 dollar it should not have. This is a repeat customer I hope don't go back

Two stars - because maybe the guy is "special" or is a brand new employee or was just having a bad day...
The gentleman who "helped" me at the counter sales desk was rude, incompetent, and didn't even know another employee who worked near him. Surprisingly, he didn't know a common plumbing part either. He said they don't sell it after saying he didn't know what it was. I asked him if they sold a "universal" replacement part taking the place of an original part. He said they didn't... yet we purchased a universal piece for it two days previous from the same counter sales desk, although from a different employee who I went to see today. Bottom Line: Today two stars because one employee was ridiculously out of place helping customers... He should be in a warehouse yelling at boxes and complaining to the teachers. However Ferguson over the years gets five of five stars.

I went in with some OLD plumbing parts needed replacement and they didn't even have mfg name on them. The fella at the check out listened patiently and then said "let's see what we can find for you". We went to one aisle and he deduced what I needed and we fitted things before leaving. He could have just said "I don't know" but he didn't. Mahalo

Overconfidence but incompetent. I brought the part to be compared to ensure exact replacement. Unfortunately, the gentleman who helped me just wanted to know the toilet brand without even asking toilet model/type either dual flush, two piece or piece. I mentioned that I had the part number and brought along the old part. He said he know it already. After spending sometime on his computer looking for replacement, he went and pick up an unopen box presumably was the correct one. I paid and left thinking that I had the right part. When I got home, to my disappointment, it was not. I drove back to the store. The same gentleman served me. I told him about the problem and instead of giving a little apology, he insisted that it is the replacement part without even comparing the old and the new. If he compared the two, it was obvious that one is for two piece toilet and the other is for one piece. Lessons learned. He should have educated himself by getting right toilet type and then open the box and compare the items before ringing his register. His attitude and mannerism, needs improvement.. He should learn from the lady on the next register -she is a customer oriented employee.

JGR Plumbing did an excellent job capping off the water line on my existing water softener system, including sealing the drain and testing everything thoroughly for leaks. The work was done cleanly and correctly, which gave me immediate peace of mind.

He was prompt, professional, and very organized throughout the entire process. I also appreciated that he took the time to spot-check my water heater and share helpful maintenance insight without any pressure.

I needed to replace a leaking water heater and called JGR Plumbing. Jaren came out right away and gave me several options to replace the old unit. He was very thorough and explained everything so I could make an informed decision. When it came to installation, I was extremely pleased with Jaren's work. The new water heater and piping looks amazing and very professional. He even noticed my hose bib was leaking and changed it for me (no charge). I would definitely call JGR Plumbing again for any future plumbing work.

Jaren took the time to assess the shut off valve issues and explained the problem. I have used Jaren in the past and he is very professional.
