Workers should be drug tested. VERY rushed job causing DAMAGE to appliance and nothing but excuses from installer when confronted to fix what he had damaged, leading to no replies back till a day later.
Reported situation to business and manager NEVER called back to resolve my complaint.
If it wasn't for their partnership w/ Home Depot for appliance installation, I would have gone elsewhere.
If you want your appliance damaged, half ass installed, and taking their sweet time returning a defective unit to the proper place then this is the place to go!!!

Long overdue review, when I worked for a church organization I think back in 2020, and I needed to call for a plumber for various repairs of the church, I think I found him through Yelp. I decided to go with him and he is very honest, kind and professional guy! I was happy he did residential calls so I also have been calling him for personal repairs in my condo - from bathroom to kitchen sinks. I am glad he was able to help me out! Very reasonable pricing and just great, reliable service!

I called 535 Plumbing because I had a slow drip of water coming from the ceiling of my bathroom. The phone receptionist was professional, polite and efficient. She was able to contact the field and find a plumbing technician who was able to come over later the same day. The plumbing technician cut an opening in the sheetrock of my ceiling and found a pin hole leak in the cold water Plex B hose. The technician said he didn't have the parts to fix it and had to go to Lowes to buy the parts. The technician drove a clean well maintained plumbing van with the company logo, but apparently did not have the very common Plex clamps and connecters in the vehicle. An hour and half later he came back, cut the hose, installed a connecter and clamp. In less than 30 minutes of actual work the leak was fixed. Now I just have to find a contractor to fix the hole in the ceiling, texture and paint. 535 Plumbing did the job, but they really embrace capitalism to the max. My attorney charges me less.

Our water heater needed to be replaced. I gave the office folks pics of the old water heater with the brand and model number but when they ordered the new water heater they bought one that was too wide. About 4-5 inches too wide. The new water heater didn’t fit the closet that the old water heater was in. The plumber and his assistant tried their best and did a good job with the cards that they were dealt. But the result looks weird. One side of the closet wall couldn’t be put back so the water heater is sticking out. 5 star for the plumber and assistant and 1 star for the office staff so average is 3. I will probably no longer use this company again for future plumbing issues. Basically all of my guests have noticed the water heater sticking out and I tell them this story and the plumbing company I used. We all have a big laugh. At least I have a good story to tell to anyone that visits us.

A+ results and service from Johnny and Sam. They arrived promptly, replaced a rusted toilet lag bolt (wax seal and supply lines replaced too) and resolved a tough clog in my kitchen sink line. Top notch professionalism and skills from both Johnny and Sam. Would recommend 535 Plumbing to anyone, 10/10!

Keaupuni and Jaron did a great job replacing our kitchen and shower faucets, along with a grab bar for one of the showers. They showed up on time (let us know when they were on the way) and got everything done quickly. Highly recommended!

The water backed up in the kitchen sink. Water cannot drain put. Johnny and Sam came. Rowter Rooter the piping below. Unplugged my sink within the hour. I am so glad they solved my problem. Nice guys!

You can never go wrong with making 535 Plumbing your 'go-to' plumbing company on Oahu. Last week, I had John and Sammy over to fix a drainage problem in my new kitchen sink. The contractor who did the original install did it incorrectly- and John and Sammy saw the problem within 2 minutes- showed me what was wrong (the previous folks used illegal parts) and then fixed this within minutes. John and Sammy were great. 535 Plumbing is great...and that's why I never hesitate to call them if/when I need help with my water fixtures. Don't get fooled by the businesses who use their first names as their business. The 2 I used (rhymes with Leaves but starts with an S) was so stupid expensive- that I will tell everyone to avoid them at all costs. Not 535. Make them your first call. You will not be disappointed. I'm renovating a bathroom and my general contractor told me my water shut-off valve was frozen and needed to be replaced. I called 535 Plumbing and they had technicians Jay and Ridge come out to my home within 2 days. First, the office staff at 535 are awesome. They kept in constant communication with me and gave me rough estimates since a technician hadn't seen the issues in person, only from photos I sent though text. I like that they texted me questions and emailed me confirmations of my appointment. Secondly, Jay and Ridge did an outstanding job. My new shut-off valve and irrigation box are much better and easier to access and use than my old one. They had to chip away the concrete and refill the surrounding area after changing everything and they left the area neat and clean. I saw how much concrete and dirt they dug out and I was impressed that they took it all away with them. Jay explained every issue along the way and the steps to resolve it. He seems very knowledgeable about the outside water system. I appreciate his constant communication with me throughout the process. Overall, I had a positive experience with everyone at 535 Plumbing and will definitely call them again for my future plumbing needs. Thank you, Jay and Ridge!
