What was thought to be a simple clog turned out to nearly be a plumbing nightmare. After seeing one of their vans in the neighborhood I reached out to 535 Plumbing for some professional help. I was scheduled right away and a confirmation text with the drivers picture was sent to my phone. I could even track him as he arrived to my house! Gabe arrived on time as promised and immediately began to work on the stubborn clog. After trying to snake the line multiple times, nothing was working. He provided me a cost effective option and a more invasive but thorough way of getting the drain unclogged. Hoping the lesser of the two options worked, he was finally able to get the line cleared. Gabe worked non stop through the early afternoon until the job was complete. He consistently kept the work area clean and when everything was done he made sure he left it better than it was. I'm very appreciative of 535 Plumbing in getting this job done as quickly as possible. The courtesy and professionalism of their employee Gabe was equally important because a clogged drain can sometimes turn out for the worse. Luckily this wasn't the case and I returned to normal in a short period of time. Mahalo 535 Plumbing!

Johnny and Andrew from 535 Plumbing did an AWESOME job on my bathroom shower retrofit, replacing my kohler with an up to date and water efficient Delta brand. I give them 5 out of 5 Stars. I Will definitely recommend 535 Plumbing to my family and friends

100% recommend 535 plumbing. I was able to get an estimate by texting pictures/videos of the toilet issues I had, which saved a lot of time. Luis and his partner arrived early and went above and beyond with their service. Pricing was extremely fair. Best experience I’ve had with a plumber on Oahu!

I had 2 toilets replaced. Johnny and Jaron did a great job! Called on a Monday and installation completed the next day. They answered all my questions and made sure everything was cleaned up and working before they left.

Royden was especially helpful with being able to give feedback and insight to our building manager regarding some other issues, which is a testament to his experience. Roydenn and John were absolutely amazing. They were so attentive, quick, and efficient—no dilly-dallying at all. They got the job done incredibly fast, cleaned everything up, and genuinely made us feel like we were the only clients in the world.

Even though they’re based in town, they made it all the way out to Hawaii Kai super quickly and kept that same level of care and urgency the entire time. Professional, kind, and just overall such a great experience. Couldn’t recommend them more!

We needed a shut-off valve installed and a shower faucet leak repaired. Johnny and Roy arrived on time, were extremely personable and professional, and demonstrated outstanding work ethic. We noticed water leaking from under our stove in the kitchen, and there was obvious water damage starting to show. From the very first call, their customer service — especially Maurice — was professional, responsive, and straightforward. No runaround, no upselling, just clear communication and honest guidance.

Technicians Johnny and Ayden came out and were outstanding. They were professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly — no BS. They quickly detected the source of the leak and were able to repair it the same day, which gave us so much peace of mind.

Unfortunately, because of the water damage, restoration will be needed. However, they also have a trusted sister company they work with for restoration services, and we’re looking forward to working with them as well.

The installation service by Johnny and Aiden was outstanding. Very professional and detailed workmanship. Cost for this great service seems high though. $2330 plus an additional $300 for a part seems a lot for installing this high performance platinum hybrid heat pump/water heater. Many steps involved and installers did quality work, but installation cost $1000 more than the cost of my heater.. $2600 to install $1600 heater seems very high to me even though the installation work was great.

Johnny did a great job fixing the leaks on my shut-off valves. He called to say that he can show up earlier than expected, so I was very happy about that. He worked quickly and he left the area neat and clean. I’m very satisfied with his quality of work and his work ethic.

These guys came in and did a horrible job. They mis diagnosed my sewer pipe. They said that I needed to replace my sewer pipe and suggested them to do the repair. This sounded fishy. So I got a second and third inspection from another plumbing company. Each one with cameras and they found no issue with the pipes. It was an issue of soft material blocking. Please beware of Allen’s plumbing! Crooks!

My bathroom basin drain was clogged this morning, and I contacted Allens Plumbing for assistance. Bennett, the assigned technician and his partner were able to unclog it in a timely manner. They also had to replace the sink waste p-trap. These two individuals were very pleasant, courteous and professional. I was very pleased and satisfied with the work performed and would not hesitate to use them again.

We needed help for an emergency repair (a pipe burst) we had to shut off water and needed someone to come help us now. Another company was not able to send anyone. I called Allens. The first person I spoke with was Mike, I explained our situation and he was most helpful, passed our info on to schedule. Kaohu called me back and was so helpful in scheduling us as an emergency. She said she would schedule us and get back to me. She called back and said Tarin would be coming to our house. Tarin came out and was friendly, respectful of our home, no pressure. He looked over the problem and also gave me valuable information for long term solutions. He is a true professional and its obvious he knows what hes doing. Thank you Mike, Kaohu, Tarin and Megan (megan called back a few days later to check if i had any questions)

Arrived right on time. Personable. friendly, courteous, neat. Worked at the right pace (In other words, did not rush nor slowly). Always answered questions such that this kupuna could understand and did not mind having to repeat or answering the same questions. Justin is a "plus" for your company. A very wonderful experience!!

Kitchen sink plumbing was a wreck and garbage disposal was leaking, drain line was clogged and backing up into sink.
They were on time, very friendly and professional, cleared the drain, installed a new garbage disposal and rebuilt the plumbing system. It looks so amazing!!!
